I’ve been going to John Edwards for years now when needing something natural or healthy I just can’t find any place else. They have some great products but they’re way too expensive to shop at on a regular.
Good alternative is Shaw’s and Hannafords health food section, usually between the two you can find what you’re looking for.
Also have noticed it’s cheaper to order some items online than shopping John Edwards.

The downtown natural foods grocery stocks vegan snacks, drinks, protein, treats, supplements, as well as organic produce and personal care necessities, plus a nice selection of wine. Although this is the best option for vegan grocery shopping in town, there are not any vegan yogurts (management was not interested in changing this to stock vegan yogurt), and there are shockingly few vegan milks stocked.
