I went into Bernie’s and asked for an everything bagel with chicken salad at approximately 10:30am. I was told by the wait person at the counter that “you’re not having that” REALLY? I then asked if I could buy them separately and make it at home for myself and, again, I was told no. “ I cannot sell it to you….it’s not lunch “. I have been in customer service for over 40 years and I have never been treated so rudely and also dismissively. As a food establishment , the lack of customer care was ludicrous. I will be NOT be returning as I lost my appetite. By the way, the owner of Bernie’s was sitting right there as I was attempting to order.
