I went through the drive through today after an appointment. I ordered a āLarge ice coffee with cream onlyā. Pretty simple order. What I got was the grossest thing known to man. The label on the cup was correct but I donāt know if it was a dark roast, cold brew, turbo shot or what it was. It was the most bitter thing Iāve ever tasted. I normally can deal if they make a mistake or they put less cream than normal but this was gross. I couldnāt finish more than a few sips and had to stop at the Dunkinā in Gray on my way home. Picture doesnāt do the different colors justice but the one on the right was certainly darker. Hopefully other customers had a better experience today.

Picture shown is what I ordered. I specifically asked for light ice, I donāt like my drinks too cold. They filled it 4/5 full of ice, even more so than my husbands drink which he didnāt specify change ice change. I got shorted most of my drink from ice displacement, and it was freezing to drink which I was trying to avoid.
The employees are super nice and welcoming, very patient and overall itās a great dunkin

staff were very friendly and i didnāt get her name but the younger lady maybe 20s with straight hair who took my order and made my drink was wonderful 10/10 and fire cold
