We sat in the bar. Nice lively atmosphere, service was great, prices reasonable, and food was very good. Great neighborhood restaurant.

Unpretentious upscale pub. The food and service are always dependably good. Very much a comfortable spot for a good dinner. The staff is flexible about mixing entrees and side dishes. Reasonably priced. A good choice for a quick casual meal.

Was surprised to learn that if you reserve in the bar you need to specify a table with chairs vs a table with benches which is what we were sat at. One member of our party had a sore back so we asked to move to a table with chairs. They said they could not make any changes even though there were empty tables ( with chairs) waiting for reservations to arrive. When I asked the waitress about this she said you have to specify upon making a reservation! Never heard this before and we have eaten there many times! Good to know for the future!

Food is consistently good. Atmosphere is comfortable, easy to talk and not too close to another table. We all had salads which were fresh and delicious.

The Tav is a go-to when I travel to my home in Falmouth. Ate in the bar at a hi-top with a drink and the Pan-seared Haddock accompanied by mashed potatoes and string beans. Finished the meal with Italian lemon cake and a mug of coffee. Price point not spectacular, but quick, efficiently delivered service and decent food in a congenial setting.

Had an amazing Burger that was ready in 11 minutes. And cooked to perfection ?. Nice work chef.

Your standard fare but our waitstaff was exceptionally kind and attentive. The restaurant was busy but we got seated promptly and all parties were happy with their meals. I'd come back.

We randomly saw this place while getting gas across the street. We are here from Canada passing through. The outside didn’t scream to come in so wasn’t sure what to expect. Can probably be a little more inviting BUT the food and service was outstanding. Best nachos I’ve ever had. Fish tacos were also really great. We sat on the patio which was beautiful! Again from the outside you’d not expect it. The staff were very friendly, helpful and fast. Everyone said goodbye as we left. It was a perfect stop over and exactly what we wanted.

We stopped here for lunch on our way to the airport. What a great find!
We were greeted happily at the door and asked if we wanted to sit in the dining room or the bar - we chose the bar. Both areas have great seating.
I ordered a hamburger and it was delicious! I ordered it med rare and that is exactly how it came. Sweet Potato Fires were an option and I asked the waiter if they were crunchy and he said he would have them cooked well done - no one likes soft sweet potato fries! So happy I made that choice because these were probably the best sweet potato fries I have ever had!
They also have a very nice area to sit outside .
I really loved everything about this place - the people were kind and efficient, all the food we ordered was really good and the beer was cold.

Parking: We were pulling a travel trailer and had plenty of room to park length ways in the spots in the far side of the lot

Just a friendly casual restaurant/Tavern, good food , fun atmosphere, good service. I had a prime rib special which was great and my wife a lobster roll which she enjoyed. Will certainly go again when visiting my sister a yearly event and her favorite local restaurant.

Don't get the Caesar salad. I don't know what these people thought they were talking about when they said it was the best Caesar they'd ever had....salad soup with bad dressing if you ask me.
