The Foreside Tavern is the place to be! As someone who has been going here on and off since I was a young child with my family, I can happily review that the tav is currently the best it’s ever been in my experience. The menu has such a wide variety for every type of taste. The pan fried haddock, foreside nachos, and Caesar salad with salmon are some of my staple orders that never disappoint. I have never had an even slightly bad experience at the tavern and I recommend it...
I really enjoy the Tavern for a nice dinner and relaxing time with friends and family. Last night the salmon was good, however the mustard sauce was a bit heavy and overpowered the flavor of the dish. Usually, I really enjoy what I order here, but that meal was not my favorite. There were three of us that had the same meal and we all are scraping of the mustard by mid meal. The server was friendly and was helpful with wine options. We had a great family lunch visiting family. The food was very good. I especially appreciated that I could hear. Many of the places we've gone to recently just don't work with my hearing loss. We will definitely be back.
