I have never had better mederterrian, Italian food in my life. This is a hidden gem!! The pesto breadsticks, the butternut squash ravioli....all so fresh and homemade. And the drinks are amazing. Well worth every penny. And great atmosphere...not a uptight feel at all...wait staff is friendly and funny!
Hug's has been a Sugarloaf institution for years and years. Recently they have opened a location in Falmouth and they have not disappointed. Their Havarti fritters are a Billionaire's mozzarella stick, outstanding. I recently ate there and they were serving a special which was a grilled pork tenderloin rolled with mozzarella and prosciutto with balsamic glaze. It was great. Hug's is absolutely worth the visit, I would recommend this place to a close friend or family...
Looking for good Italian food, Hugs on rt. 1 in Falmouth, Maine is very good! Our group of 9 or 10 made reservations to celebrate a neighbor's birthday on the weekend, fun time, maybe abit loud for the other patrons, by the end of the evening most patrons walked by our table with birthday wishes.
