This is the worst Jersey Mike's of any I have been to throughout New England since it opened. Sandwiches are undefiled and the staff is surly and uninterested and handles the food like it's road kill. Yuk,never going there again.

The place was clean but there was an odd smell. The sandwich was adequate…I have had better but in comparison to subway and the like, it’s a decent sub for the price. The BIGGER issue is the service. Please provide adequate training and make sure that the folx you hire want to work there (and management that includes creating a safe environment where folx are encouraged to grow and flourish). Unfortunately on this night, the service was abysmal and it seemed as though it was a chore to serve us. It’s unfortunate that this business just opened and service is already this poor. Please put more effort into the customers in the future or you won’t have any.

Falmouth , ME- I was honestly excited to see the new store. But Poor quality meats. Two attempts and wrong sandwich both times. Do they even know the difference between capicola and ham? Plenty of real Italian sandwiches an Bostons around, don't bother.
