She was genuine, charismatic, personable, on point, greeting me right away providing EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. No doubt in my mind that this woman does not fully exceed expectations, she’s an EXCEPTIONAL employee who goes ABOVE AND BEYOND and this corporation is ABSOLUTELY lucky to have her! They have an agave cream soda that is unbelievably delicious...they're food is good, but I've never had a cream soda like thiers....
Helena and Telma are the best workers I have ever seen, got me in before 3 mins of closing. They need a raise!

I was amazed and very impressed with the two young ladies working tonight 12/16 6:45pm. They were handling Online Orders, Dine In, Cooking and the Register. I hope whoever own/runs this franchise appreciates them!!!!

This is the worst Jersey Mike's of any I have been to throughout New England since it opened. Sandwiches are undefiled and the staff is surly and uninterested and handles the food like it's road kill. Yuk,never going there again.
