Was all fine, but then my girlfriend went to the washroom at the same time as the woman who appeared to be the most senior member of staff present. She used a cubicle and then walked out without washing her hands. Pretty shocking for someone working in a food place. So if anyone gets ill after coming here, that’s why.

This location is under staff. Waited 55 minutes for our lunch we're there at ,,1pm almost missed our tour at 3 PM. Nice workers. They need help 😔. Help. Share your wealth. They make you $$. Felt sorry for them. I will be back!!

I wanted to share my experience with Nicole, the manager. Honestly, she could use some improvement in customer service and communication. While we were trying to place our order, she kept having side conversations, which was distracting. When it was finally my mom's turn to order, she was having trouble speaking loudly because she wasn’t feeling well. I tried to help by speaking a bit louder from the passenger seat, but Nicole rudely told us we didn’t need to yell. I explained that I wasn’t yelling, just trying to make sure she could hear us.
Then, out of nowhere, she told us we could leave. I asked where her manager was, and she said she was the manager. I also asked her name, but she wouldn’t tell us until we got to the window. It was just a frustrating experience, especially with fussy kids in the car after a long ride. If customer service isn't her thing, maybe she should consider a different role!

McDonald’s does not pay its workers livable wages, they produce a very high amount of waste and are serving people unhealthy food and plastic toys. DO BETTER!!! Why arent all of the single use items compostable?!

Stopped for a quick breakfast on the road. Used my app for the specials and to pay. Ordered OJ then got to pick up window And was out, they refunded me so not a big deal. Got down the road to eat and noticed we shorted Hash browns and of course too far to turn around. Did contact McDonald's by email and got a reply of sorry they were out of OJ and this is not typical. Nothing about the missing food, I really wouldn't care but they were freaking expensive, think close to $5.50 for 2. So I replied and did another online contact using my previous case number And didn't receive any response. Just another business that doesn't care about customers and happy to take your money even if they don't supply the goods. Imagine what they would do if you just went in and grabbed a hash brown and walked out! It's all about the customer service!

Absolutely AWFUL!!!! COLD tasteless fries!! Chicken sandwich also cold without lettuce or tomato as advertised. They were out of tomatoes!! Nothing on the sandwich at all except 2 tasteless pickles. I wanted to tell the customers in the cars behind me is GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Anywhere!!!

It was nearing 11Pm at night I decided to swing by before closing hours for a McFlurry and a side of fries, life could not be more swell. This is when I noticed the employee working the counter. The worker explained that there was something I needed to see in the back saying "it concerned my order". When they brought me to a van I knew immediately something was up but it was too late. They threw me in and shut the door behind me. Idk where their gonna take me but I could really use a McRib right about now.
