Usually they are pretty good with service but today I got the wrong burger and I waited for my coffee in slot 2 a employee couldn't pick up the coffee for me from the tray so I burnt my hand because the lid came off :/ more annoying than anything

The management here is really hit or miss. Sometimes I come and it’s fine, other times there are people in the back just killing around while orders are waiting and waiting. Today the manager and one of the employees were arguing or something and being brusque with the customers, who were upset at seeing people in the back not doing anything while they’re waiting forever. I’m sure it has something to do with how they were told to operate, but it’s not great.
It's an excellent McDonald's. The staff is very friendly. The food is hot and tasty. The facilities are clean and well kept. The tables were clean. The manager came around and talked to everyone to see how everything is going. It was nice. I will be back.
