Stay away…. Huge place that was virtually empty the two times we were there. Very sleepy vibe. Even though the place was nearly empty we waited a long time for our food the first time a few months ago. Went back today and it was even worse. Waited so long for two off the menu salads we just left. Will NEVER go to the Falmouth location again. We will stick to Brunswick store.

Decent food. Fast service. We ordered 16-in Blinn Hill pizza, cheese breadsticks with pesto sauce and half caesar salad.

I stopped in for a simple dinner with the wife. Food was good as always. Thought your ice tea unsweated was a bit steep per glass at $3.00. Will not be ordering that next time.

The food is excellent and fairly priced. The bartenders and wait staff provide excellent service.

Ordered takeout for our fantasy baseball draft & we enjoyed all 3 large pizzas that we ordered; see the picture of what they looked like & which ones we ordered.

The service was great when we picked up the pizza. They even offered us some disposable tableware such as plates & napkins!

Restaurant was big, clean and nice. Food was excellent, great presentation and taste. Staff and manager were ok, didn't have a very welcoming feel, no friendly chit chat from anyone.

2025 March... Tuesday noon only a handful of tables. Is not fancy gourmet so can't get 5 stars but was good. Above average with no wait and plenty of parking.

Tried to call several times. Tried to place an order for a large pizza. No one bothered to answer. So we were forced to go elsewhere.

The bartender (Marilyn) was wonderful. The pizza was horrific. Probably because I came in at 11:01 and the open at 11am. The pizza oven was obviously not heated up. I had a mushy Luke warm pizza for $30. I asked and offered to pay for extra artichokes if they crisped them up in the oven but they gave me like warm mushy not crispy artichokes. I had a pizza here once that was amazing. I’ve come back twice with lackluster results. I will never come back. They had one home run and two massive fails that were expensive to pay for. Portland Pie needs to work on consistency from cook to cook so that I can get a good pizza every time

Update… I asked the waitress to give me a bill. Apparently she told the manager that I was upset. He sat down next to me and AGGRESSIVELY said, “I heard you wanted to talk to me” I signed my bill with a 1000% tip (no exaggeration) I left the disgusting pizza and walked out.

We had reservations for 4 last evening. We were promptly seated. Wasn't crowded at all but from the moment she arrived our waitress hurried us through. She kept returning to the table to ask if we were ready to order. We were meeting friends so there some initial small talk. We ordered an appetizer and then between us we ordered 2 10"" pies a calzones and 2 entree sized salads. The waitress brought everything at the same time..there were too many plates for the table and it was impossible to get to the appetizer so it pretty much went uneaten. I was really annoyed that the food was all brought together creating an uncomfortable dining experience. As for the food, the cheese pizza was exceedingly greasy ; the caesar salad greens were wilted. The other pizza and an entree sized garden salad were fine.
Throughout the entire meal the waitress kept returning to hurry us along. When I complained about the overcrowded table and the appetizer she just mumbled about the kitchen being fast with orders. I suggested in the future that she put in the appetizer order first so people could enjoy it BEFORE the main courses arrived.
This is the 1st time I have felt the need to complain about our experience at Falmouth Portland Pie. I'm hoping that the young lady in question was new and nervous and that this is a very rare occurrence at Portland Pie.
