I was highly impressed by this place. The bartender was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable when helping me select the Starry Night as my first drink and wow was it dangerously fantastic! I love that the menu has a nice variety to suit everyone. Even though it's a little pricey, you can tell it's high quality fresh ingredients cooked by a chef! We did find 3 risotto balls to be a little skimpy considering the price but they were fantastic as was the bang bang shrimp! The interior design is mesmerizing and the atmosphere very posh and upscale but yet laid back too. The outdoor seating looks very inviting during the warmer season, however the drawback is that this beautiful place sits in the middle of a strip mall on a very busy road so I'd give 5 stars if it was in a better location but regardless I will certainly be back!

I’m honestly not overly impressed with the food. I’ve eaten here 3-4 times and always walk away somewhat disappointed. Either the flavor, temperature, quantity or spiciness level is off on almost every dish. The staff are lovely and the interior is beautifully decorated, but the food needs to be improved. Don’t think I’ll be coming back. One silver lining is their many gluten free options and even free gluten free bread with oil for the table.
Dietary restrictions: Lots of GF options!

We’ve eaten here before & enjoyed it very much. Last night … not so much. 2 of us had the braised beef. The beef itself was tasty, the sauce was too greasy. The potatoes were chalky. Were not likely to return.

This was our first time here. It is gorgeous inside and so nicely decorated. The music was good as well. Our waiter, Aidan, was the best. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We will definitely return

Anniversary Dinner goes south
This was an anniversary dinner, a special evening that went south. We had reservations Sunday for 6:30. We arrived at 6:10. After checking in we went upstairs to the bar as “our table was not available yet”. The desk was going to let us know when our table was ready. After about 30 minutes no one came to get us. Therefore, at about 6:40 I went down to the desk to inquire about our table. It was like we did not check in. We were finally seated at 6:50
Appetizers:
We ordered drinks, and selected 3 Appetizers to share between the 4 of us. We ordered Bang Bang Shrimp and Mussels. The waiter left the table only to return to tell us there were no Mussels. OK , we switched to Butternut Squash. The appetizers were delivered to the table with no individual small plates and no serving utensils for sharing the appetizers. When several people share appetizers it is proper to have serving utensils with the dish for convenience and hygiene Oh, the mussels showed up. We did get the small plates after asking for them but no serving utensils. We used our individual utensils to dip into the appetizers.
Dinner:
Our 2 guests and I were auto select menu items without issues. My wife wanted Branzine. It was not available. She then ordered the Halibut. The waiter came back again no Halibut. OK she ordered the Pork Chop offering. The waiter came back a third time no Pork Chops. My wife settled for the Caesar Salad. The Ceasar Salad was dry with basically no taste. She ate less than half of it.
I asked the waiter how can the restaurant be out of so many dinner choices. He said the restaurant receives its deliveries on Mondays. Therefore, sometimes especially on Sunday they run out of items on the menu.
I wish I knew that Sunday was not a good day to dine at The Sicilian Table. Especially before I invited guests to celebrate an anniversary with us and dropped $300 on a poor dining experience.
Not only will I not come back on a Sunday, I will not come back at all.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt compelled to do so for this restaurant. This has happened twice now where myself and my family made a reservation but showed up a little early and we were left waiting at the front desk with three young kids for 20 minutes when half the restaurant was empty and there were plenty of tables available. When we were finally seated we were told we had just missed the cut off for the lunch menu. The food is reasonable but the interaction at the front desk and the awkwardness that it involves is ridiculous to be honest. I thought the first time was maybe a fluke but when it happened again I had to leave a review. Unfortunately this will be the last time we go here. Very unprofessional.

The atmosphere here is light and uplifting, definitely a cute and classy place for a lunch date! I enjoyed the garden sandwich and the tiramisu was definitely the best I’ve had. Our service was also great!

Had brunch there. Simply put, extraordinary interior, very average, very ordinary food, priced high for the great setting. Buyer beware for what you are paying for.
I was expecting so much. As soon as we walked in the restaurant, Wed Jan22, 2025, the hostess seated someone else without greeting us. We stood there waiting for someone to come. When someone did come, it was this what seemed to be a high school girl that had an attitude. When she seated us at a table that was right in the middle of a hallway with wait staff walking back and forth, I requested another table. All the attitude was then tenfold after that. She then had to go back downstairs while we waited awkwardly in the hallway instead of just seating us and then proceeded to seat us at this weird corner table, not asking us if this was okay. There were plenty of tables around so it wasn't like they were packed and there were no choices. Just that one interaction, set the tone for the whole evening. I don't know if she complained to the waitress but the waitress wasn't that great either. My chicken parmesan was dry and tasteless. Very disappointing. The focaccia bread was very good. After we were done eating, we walked downstairs and hostesses were just standing there staring at us like we had three heads. Especially the one that seated us, as if they were mad that we asked for another table and they were going to make sure that we knew that we shouldn't have. They never said thank you for coming and have a good evening as we left. They said nothing It was weird and awkward! It didn't feel very high class or classy at this restaurant like I expected. Because of them, it was a bad experience. First impressions are Lasting Impressions . As an interior designer, the interior design was amazing! Susan

I’m totally full and extremely satisfied after a delicious meal at Sicilian Table 😋 I ordered the calamari to start, which was melt in your mouth delicious, followed by the Sicilian Sunday sauce (Meatballs and sausages on top of pasta) which was so nice I sent compliments to the chef courtesy of our very friendly and very attentive waitress Alyssa…Next time I visit Maine I’ll definitely be back 😀

My wife and I have been regular patrons of the Sicilian Table in Falmouth. We have always had a great experience and look forward to going there each time. This year for our anniversary I surprised my wife with dinner at the Sicilian Table. I planned ahead and made a reservation. We ended up waiting 35 minutes for our first drink and everything else that followed was equally as delayed. The food was also not as good as it usually is which was a surprise. We felt so relieved when we walked out the door as the previous two hours felt like slow motion. We left feeling extremely disappointed. It is time to start finding other restaurants that have better consistency in service and food for the price. Really too bad to waste such a special occasion like that for us on that experience.

I usually cook at home but didn’t want to cook today. Got chicken parmigiana. Foods mediocre for the prices as well is incredibly small portions. My fiance got Alfredo and steak, very very small portion of pasta. Steaks very well cooked I’ll give them that. I was craving good home like Sicilian food (family of Italians) and I got American style food with some home made pasta. Prices shouldn’t be as high as they are in my honest opinion. Probably won’t be back.

Ordered here for a couple years it's been okay. Last two orders were through door dash and the first time there was almost no pasta and the second time we received less than half the chicken that comes w the meal. When I called I was told that it's door dash problem and to take it up w them. Who that is door dash fault is beyond me but they seem to be part of a growing trend where the standard of food being delivered is not of the same quality and more expensive. Even if doordash refunds me it doesn't make everything okay because I'm still without my meal.

Absolutely ridiculous portion size for the damn price! Just a tiny portion and tasted like it had been made this morning and reheated!
I sincerely hope the staff were just having a bad night

I am guessing this market is just too crowded with customers with too few restaurateurs. This is a three part review. Our first attempt was an epic fail. We tried to walk in around 5pm and was told we could try the bar, they don’t take walk-ins. We looked at the bar and decided that at the price range we didn’t want that experience. So we left. We made reservations for the next night 6:15 and weee seated 6:35. So much for a reservation. As we looked around there were 5 tables with no one sitting there. I asked the server and she said it was typical. The food was ok and ambience was fair. The price was high for the quality and attitude. You would expect an amazing experience given the level of arrogance of hostesses. After talking with friends they said it was a confluence of unfortunate events so we should try again. They really don’t have a no walk-in policy. We should try during the week. So mid week were close by and decided to try it again and guess what. Same rather unflattering grimaces and “no reservations? I am sorry we don’t take walk-in. But I can make you a reservation for 6:45. “. We decided to try the small pizza shop in the same plaza. The arrogance just does not match the food quality or dining experience. But you can check out the review of the pizza place for a different perspective.
