We decided to drop some dough on some pies at Old Smith Farm Shop and when I tell you… easily the best pizza I’ve ever eaten. Buffalo chicken Gorgonzola, broccoli chicken with mushrooms, and gluten free pepperoni were absolutely demolished. This is the second closest pizza joint to where I live and I will spend money and go further to get their pizzas any day. 88$ for three pizzas after the tip and it was worth every penny. The atmosphere in the shop is so cute, the owner was very friendly, talkative, and inquisitive, and she was happy to tell me all about their summer operation. I am very much looking forward to warm weather as a recent transplant and I’m excited to see how live the place gets.

The barn is a charming indoor venue with a neat a little deck and sprawling back yard with picnic tables and fire pits. They've got an interesting cocktail list, however the consensus at our table was that most of the drinks were overwhelmingly sweet. The starters (eggrolls, cauliflower, and brussels sprouts) are all fantastic. Also enjoyed the fish & chips, and the burgers were cooked well but the bacon was meh and it could have used some sauce. The kale caesar salad was flavorful but very tough, and lacked that crouton crunch you want in a caesar. The lemon linguini was quite citrusy, but very watery and plain otherwise. It's a fantastic venue with good staff but the quality - and in some cases the portions - of the food and drink do not match up with the quite shockingly high prices. Despite that feedback, I would recommend a visit if you don't mind a little sticker shock, especially if it's a nice evening and you can enjoy the lovely outdoor space.

Such a cute place with so much potential. I see why people love to go here - old barn, great ambiance, good music... BUT the food... ugh. I am a home cook and food critic so with high expectations. The descriptions of our specials sounds wonderful. The presentation was fantastic. The food itself was pretty bad : ( Totally missed the mark on all dishes we had at the table. If we ever go back the pizza will be the thing we try. I would totally go here for drinks, apps and music.

This was our first visit here, but it definitely will not be our last. We chose to sit indoors, but there is a sprawling lawn with picnic tables, as well as a gorgeous deck. The ambiance was very warm with flowers and a candle on every table and beautiful string lights and vines running along the ceiling. We ordered the chicken eggrolls, the brussel sprouts, and the mussels to start. All of them came out promptly and were delicious. For dinner we both ordered the bistro steak, which was amazing. We really liked that the menu offered both upscale entrees as well as some more casual bar food. It really allows the guests to enjoy their food and restaurant for a variety of different occasions. Our server, Mackenzie, was amazing. She was so welcoming and kind without overdoing it. She managed to anticipate everything we would need, without us having to ask. We also had a really positive interaction with the manager who was not only doing her rounds to check in with the tables, but was running around assisting all her staff with bussing tables/refilling waters/etc. After dinner we enjoyed a pumpkin espresso martini which was delicious and very on theme for the season. Overall we had an amazing visit.

Second time here, and was disappointed in the service. The waitress(Elizabeth) was not good at all. The service was slow waited over 15 minutes before being served. She was not knowledgeable about our drink order and brought the wrong drinks. We had to tell her to remove our dirty appetizers plates when we were done. She was clueless when we our second order of drinks came to take away our glasses from our first round. The food order was good, but a bit tacky about blackening out dishes that they no longer had on the menu. The entertainment was nice but a bit too loud and you had to talk loud to have a discussion at the table. I will say that the food was good, but there were too many strikes against them to come back again.

As Falmouth residents, we have been enjoying Smith Farm for years! The food is always excellent and fresh. The music and charming rustic farm atmosphere provide a relaxing and cozy vibe away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Port. Other reviewers have referenced some young and inexperienced waitstaff (including at times my own kids, family members, and friends). I commend the owner and managers for making the best of a time when staff shortages are the norm by employing and training local young people. If you are bring your patience, kindness, and empathy, you will observe a young and fun staff working hard to bring you the best experience while learning skills that will hopefully contribute to this struggling industry in the future. It’s definitely a place you want to check out!Kid-friendliness: Outside lawn is perfect for kids to run around. There are chickens, ducks and goats to check out, and often toy trucks to play with. Parents can relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

It was recommended by our service provider at island dog brewery who lives in the area. We were not disappointed. Our service was great and food was excellent. Steak tips and haddock. Will return. Great night. Thank you.

I love this place! First of all, the ambience is amazing. Maybe because it's literally a barn! (But in a good way) There are chandeliers hanging from the ceiling inside and a beautiful wood interior. There's a bar in the inside, and some seating too. Outside, they have picnic tables, next to a cute little pond. There's cornhole, too. They have a porch coming outside of the main building where the band plays. I went yesterday, and the band was perfect! Very good quality and super fun. Outside is filled with lush grass and a very relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. Perfect for kids, too. There are a couple of friendly chickens which are both cute and hilarious. The food is delicious, and I believe the prices are fair. The service is super friendly, and our waiter listened to everything we requested. (No ice, please. Could you cut it more? May we have more Parmesan?) She was also very friendly and reassuring. What I was impressed with was that you could see the wood stove where they cooked the pizzas! The entire experience is very chill, and this place is fit for fancy ish outings like dates and get togethers, or even casual family meals!

This restaurant is 5 stars all around. The setting and ambiance are absolutely gorgeous. They have a very beautiful and intimate vibe indoors in addition to a covered deck and lawn that overlooks their pond. They also seem to have live music almost every night which is really awesome. As a previous review stated, a lot of the staff is pretty young, as they seem to employ several Falmouth teens who are on summer break, but that being said, they do a great job! We have never found the service to be lacking, even when they are super packed. The food and the drinks are the true stars of the show. They have this drink called the Lady of the garden that is this amazing lavender gin concoction, and it is one of my fav drinks I have ever had! As for the food, you really can't go wrong. They do a really great job providing both casual pub food as well as upscale entrees. The brussel sprouts, the smith farm burger, and the carbonara are my favs, but there really is something for everyone.

Cool venue, rustic old barn with lots of charm. Ducks, chickens, and goats run free in the outdoor seating area. The vibe is a little confusing. Menu items of risotto, bruschetta, and carbonara have a real fine dining theme. However, many menu items are served on paper and plastic flatware. The wait staff is very young and inexperienced. Unfamiliar with the menu. Appetizers and entrées came out at the same time. One of the mixed drink specials we ordered was absolutely disgusting, which makes sense considering the bar tender looked barely old enough to drink. All in all, the atmosphere was great, the food was good, the service was just ok. The wood-fired pizza is a side business located outside the restaurant. The pizza is very good.

Amazing place, incredible food. Hidden gem- almost don't want to post this because it means more people will go there - but this business deserves it because it's excellent/fun family experience!

Wonderful setting but had an unnecessary altercation with the waitress about my drink being too watery (it tasted only of water) and was told that it was because all of the ice had melted ? also quite expensive for the quality of the
