This Dunkin has been very influential in my enjoyment as a college student. The workers are always very nice and even if the food isn't always quick, it's got a lot of tables to wait at and free Wi-Fi, plus their music choice is impeccable 9 times out of 10. I went there today for a late evening snack, and the new-hire was an absolute delight! They had the air of someone who has been there long enough to hate their job--despite it being their first day--and yet still puts their all into doing it. They were very funny and I hope they stay hired. Overall, best Dunkin around, and not just because it's the only one even remotely close to my campus. Also, there’s a girl with nice orange braids who works there; she’s been doing a great job and is very efficient.

Not one to publicly complain but VERY disappointed in my coffee lately....multiple times I have gotten a mouth full of coffee grounds when I get to the last 1/4 of my cup of coffee. Could absolutely deal with a one off but not when this is a continuous issue!!!

Pretty sad when you show up at 8:30 and it says that the store closes at 9:00 you put a mobile order in and you can't receive it because they decided that they changed their hours without alerting the public or changing the sign that shows the store hours I'd like to know who's just making these decisions glad you can waste my gas and my time I will be reporting this to the higher-ups This is BS. This is got to be the worst store location I've ever seen.

I really think Kendrick is the man and the best at customer service of the place. Kendrick always goes above and beyond for the customers and tries to make sure they all leave with a smile. He also stirs the mocha coffees the best. Ask him for a knock knock joke and he’ll give you a funny one.

Heidi provides the worst customer service in town (pr that I have ever had). Unbelievably rude, and never reprimanded for it.
Watered down coffee didn’t even fill. Ordered a large and bought a medium worth of coffee. I have picture but won’t let me upload.
