Pretty sad when you show up at 8:30 and it says that the store closes at 9:00 you put a mobile order in and you can't receive it because they decided that they changed their hours without alerting the public or changing the sign that shows the store hours I'd like to know who's just making these decisions glad you can waste my gas and my time I will be reporting this to the higher-ups This is BS. This is got to be the worst store location I've ever seen.

I really think Kendrick is the man and the best at customer service of the place. Kendrick always goes above and beyond for the customers and tries to make sure they all leave with a smile. He also stirs the mocha coffees the best. Ask him for a knock knock joke and he’ll give you a funny one.

Speed was not an issue here. Everything came out very quick and those who handed off my orders were kind.

I've never had a server tell me to hurry up and gesture with their hand in a circular motion before, but today was a first. I assure you, I wasn't slow, and yes this was the "That it? That it? That it?" server. She was very upset and threw the empty carrier tray on the counter with astonishing frustration of her morning.

Without going into more detail of what was going on, this person's anger ran the show back there and every other server seemed stressed, on edge, and uncomfortable. To those servers, this isn't how food service is everywhere or has to be where you are. I'm sorry you have to deal with that energy every morning.
