Went in between lunch and supper and was the only customer until about 20 minutes into the visit. Food took a bit to come out but it was presented nicely and was hot and delicious. Well worth the time and the price, enough for 2+ meals for me. Crab Rangoon were just the right amount of crispy. I tried the mango Boba tea. Boba was bitter at first (strong tea flavor) and quite chewy, more mild and soft after sitting a bit in the tea. A little different than expected but mango tea...
This is one of the very few restaurants in Franklin county where the food is consistently good and the staff is professional and aware of their surroundings. We have only had take-out so far.

I ordered enough food to have a snack later. The food was very good.
My chicken fingers were breaded just right and cooked to perfection. The French Fries were very good as well.
Pricing was very reasonable. And my order was ready quickly.
I recommend Legends to anyone looking good Chinese Food at fair...
