I stopped for lunch and ordered a 6” turkey avocado wrap (without the bacon). The server insisted that the wraps are all the same 12” size. i’d had a 6” wrap the day before at another location and said she should just cut the wrap in half. But no, she proceeded to load one end with 8 or 10 slices of turkey and a big glob of avocado plus the veggies I requested. I was charged for the 12” sandwich of course, and ended up tearing off the extra 6” of wrap myself. More training for these people please!
Why did we tip? We ordered so simple a blt and a veggie. My BLT had everything on it but the bacon? Even salt and pepper… the veggie had bacon on it??? This seems like some sort of targeted attack and I don’t like it. 1 star do better.

I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding a very unpleasant experience my son and I had at your Farmington, Maine location. Unfortunately, the level of customer service we received from the employee on duty, Jade, was unacceptable and left a very negative impression. From the moment we entered, Jade appeared disinterested and unprofessional. Her appearance was not appropriate for a food service setting, and her demeanor was unfriendly and dismissive. She came across as impatient and condescending in her tone, and instead of assisting us with a simple issue, she seemed unwilling to help at all. What was especially frustrating was her refusal to provide contact information for a manager or supervisor when we asked for it. We felt disrespected and unwelcome, which is the opposite of what any customer should feel when visiting your establishment. I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously. Proper training and accountability are essential in any customer-facing role, and I sincerely hope steps are taken to ensure this kind of experience doesn’t happen to others in the future.
Food is great! My husband loves them. I just can't eat the whole sandwich because I'm not a sandwich person, so more for my husband.😅 We didn't wait for long. The staff prepared it while he was working with other things too. He was by himself during the time and He did well!

This subway never usually disappoints. The services is extremely friendly and timely. Way cleaner inside than most food chains.
Got sick.
We ordered a large catering order, which game almost everyone who ate it food poisoning. The food was eaten very quickly after we picked it up
I had an order delivered January 10, 2025. In the order I gota Philly steak sub (really good). My sister got a BMT and it was spoiled, the meat was shimmy and she about threw it up. So Since that night I've been calling Subway and it keeps saying they are busy and can't answer call later. We'll is 5 days later still getting the same message. Please answer you owe me like e 12.00.

We love Farmington Subway. Sandwich artists are always friendly, professional and extremely patient with rude customers (tonight the woman behind us made her entire order while on her cellphone). Place is always clean.

Stopped here on a road trip through the area. Sub was undercooked and cold in the middle but the outside was toasted. Cold meat in the center. Time to get that merrychef serviced!
