We stopped in here for lunch and a drink when we were on a roadtrip around Maine a few weeks back. The bartender was so helpful and gave us really good tips that helped us have an amazing end to our trip - we would not have seen the views and gone to the cool places we did if we didn't get his advice. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, food was great, and beer was nice and cold.
I went here today and from my experience this place should be rated higher. Unfortunately people like Tim rate one star from a simple mistake that would have most likely been corrected by the staff. What I experienced was great service, variety and quality of product. Also the prices were very reasonable. I had the Reuben which came pressed like a panini. It would have come with chips and a pickle but I went with the cole slaw. The sandwich was perfectly crisp and the meat/kraut...
No need to check out any other bars in Farmington - this is the ONE. Eliza is top notch and was very attentive to our group's needs. My brother and I tested her beer knowledge, tap skills and patience with our flight orders. We were from out of state and it was nice to have all local beers to choose from. Food was excellent and we didn't miss fries or fried food. I tried the Turkey melt special with chips and a side of stuffing. Our group also had the warm pretzel, loaded...
