Stumbled onto this gem at Absolem Cider. We had lamb chops with herbs, lemon, and side of fries and it was delicious! Portions were generous, we split it between two people. Very reasonable pricing for the quality and portions. Lamb was cooked perfectly, flavorful, and tender. I am gluten free and they were knowledgeable about what was safe for me. Hand cut fries were some of the best we have had. Will look out for this food truck again!

The Chef Nikos sliders are some of the most delicious burgers I’ve ever tasted. I 100% recommend to buy from this place. I don’t live in the area unfortunately but I’ll be thinking about that burger for a long time.

Just incredible food. My family and I went to Absalom Cider Company where the White Fox Taverna food-truck had posted up for Mother's Day. While we went for the cider, Nico and his food took the cake! He was slammed all lunch service, but we did not mind the wait for our chicken gyros and chicken liver sandwich (I believe it was Nico' play on a tigania or sikotakia-please correct me if I'm wrong). The gyros had the freshest produce and the chicken was seasoned and blackened to perfection with the tzatziki adding a great tang.
For the sandwich, the liver was tender and pink in the middle, with the taste more subtle than one might expect of liver, but that is not at all to the dish's detriment. It was consumed in less than half the time as the gyros!
I should also point out that Nico was a consummate professional and despite his flood of orders, always had a kind greeting and an apology (which I felt unnecessary) for the wait.
From now on, White Fox Taverna is going to be a destination in and of itself for us. We would also love it if Nico had availability to come a little further East and hit up spots like Pour Farm and Sea Hag Cider!

We hired Niko and his family to cater an event for us. Attendance ended up almost doubling to what we originally told him. He came earlier to the event to accommodate feeding all of the people. Every order that came out was not only correct, but well made and delicious. They were out straight the whole time they was there. Despite being insanely busy they were friendly and did an amazing job throughout the event. They make amazing food and are pretty great people. Check them out.
