I don't know anything about the beer or the pizza. But I did have to stop midway through eating my Seoul Bowl just so that I could review this place. IT'S OUTSTANDING

Walked away with 2 pies (serves at least 2) for less than $35. In this economy,bthats amazing. These days it usually costs $70 for two at a sit down. 10/10.

Brickyard Hollow brewery was a must stop! We had two pizzas the blueberry and the mac and cheese/ pork pizza and each had a unique flavor but well balanced. They had sparkling waters as well that were amazing!

Casual self seating environment. You can order directly from your table via a QR code. Gluten free crust available. They have sandwiches and soda/beer. Glad we stopped here for lunch! Shout out to the employee who rescued us from a bee with their raquet zapper.

We ordered a salmon bowl - they were out of salmon so got chicken, however I’m not sure which part of the chicken it was, and it was very overcooked and tough. The caesar salad was one of the worst we have ever had. The cider was really disappointing. The pizza was good however.

We ordered take out. The person on the phone said it’d be between 35-40 minutes before placing the order. We placed our order. I waited to go for the pick up until it’d be 45 minutes. I arrived to be told, it’s going to be another “7 minutes.” 7 was 15. The employees had other people waiting as well. It was chaotic.
