Casual self seating environment. You can order directly from your table via a QR code. Gluten free crust available. They have sandwiches and soda/beer. Glad we stopped here for lunch! Shout out to the employee who rescued us from a bee with their raquet zapper.

We ordered a salmon bowl - they were out of salmon so got chicken, however I’m not sure which part of the chicken it was, and it was very overcooked and tough. The caesar salad was one of the worst we have ever had. The cider was really disappointing. The pizza was good however.

We ordered take out. The person on the phone said it’d be between 35-40 minutes before placing the order. We placed our order. I waited to go for the pick up until it’d be 45 minutes. I arrived to be told, it’s going to be another “7 minutes.” 7 was 15. The employees had other people waiting as well. It was chaotic.

my gf and i got mozz on their bacon cheese fries and we ordered their small chicken bacon ranch pizza. both were delicious, flavorful, and crispy. though i will say we got the pizza well done and i would say it was just regularly crispy. so i would recommend getting their pizza well done to avoid thin flappy dough. the bathroom was relatively clean but i would say that i do wish the order screen made it clear you were expected to get your own drinks from the fridge. they say clearly that the food is to be brought out to you so when like 15 mins had passed and we didnt have our drinks, we sorta wished someone had told us 😅 the music was loud but then would cut off at random times. but i would come back for the delicious food

We visited Brickyard Hollow last night as a family of 6, and had a great experience!! Staff was friendly, pizza was great!! My only suggestion is to put a little more effort into the outside patio, it was an ok dining area-but there was an over grown tree and the area just last a little effort. Would definitely return!

Waited 55 minutes for 1 pizza and 2 subs and when we asked what was holding us up the explanation was “we had a lot of DoorDash orders” not cool BH, we were offered 20% discount for the delay but put a bad experience for us. Food was decent

Consistently found ourselves at this hometown brewery while staying in Freeport because of the amazing food (crazy good pizza), atmosphere and of course the cold and refreshing beer! We watched staff bust their butts to serve their customers during the 4th of July weekend/week and we really appreciated that! Thank you for being a must stop on any and all future trips to Freeport, Maine!!!
