Atmosphere is great; servers were friendly, but they they were severely understaffed, place was not busy but it took 1+30 to get food and food was missing. And pizza was lackluster.
Beer was good. Won’t be back.
Simply the best pizza outside of NYC!
The food was very subpar nothing to be excited about I ate a 1/4 of the buffalo chicken sandwich and was highly disappointed its chicken with coleslaw on a non toasted bun. Maple bacon burger was over cooked and on a non toasted bun not asked how it should be cooked and looked very non appetizing. Server didn’t ask what could have been done different or wasn’t liked about it just brought us a check and that was it. They were also sweeping the concrete next to us while we were eating. We will not be back.
Ordered online, show up 30min later and the receptionist says just a couple minutes they are a little backed up should be ready in 5.. 30 minutes later still nothing so I ask if they have even started it yet he informs me no. I had them cancel it. I won't order from this location again thats ridiculous nonsense from the staff to not communicate an hour wait. Maybe they are short staffed I dunno what's going on but that's a well deserved 1 star from me dawg.
Love it! My new favorite place. Super nice staff, great pizza with a tasty selection of non-tomato options, and a nice array of well-made beer!
I have no compliants about the food however the service! The audacity to have the tip set at 20% for when you order standing in line and are told where to get the tap water from is crazy. This is somthing that can be changed in the toast software. I dont think we should be paying a tip or asked to when there no waiter... what are we tipping?
I love your food! I’ve never had a poor experience.
I hate to have to write this we've been a supporter of brickyard hollow since they opened in freep
Calling this place a "brewing company" is wild. They don't even have a bar to sit at. Just a tourist trap pizza joint full of kids.

Came here on a Sunday evening at 5:15pm with my kiddos. Very slow, only a couple of other people here. Was not acknowledged at all, I had to approach the gentleman behind the counter and asked if he would take my order (took a few attempts for me to get his attention though he was standing in front of me). The dining room was really gross, trash at the order counter, piled up dishes and food on the floor in multiple areas. Each table was dirty. Very disappointed. The Brickyard Hollow in Portland is a Disney land in comparison. Don’t waste your time going to the Freeport location. The bathrooms were gross…Since filling out this review, a gentleman returned to the counter and appears to be crushing customer service (he seems awesome), so some redemption!

The staff, food, and atmosphere were all excellent. Twenty of us had lunch here today and the staff (thank you Manager Matt & Lion) went above and beyond to make sure we all left full and happy!! Thank you so much for accommodating our large party and serving up delicious pizza (especially loved the Mediterranean Veggie).

The pizza was pretty good and the drinks were great. But we had the slowest service ever. The restaurant was very cold and the guy behind the counter made no effort to chat or offered recommendations. Maybe it was a bad night, but I likely wouldn’t come back.

Brickyard Hollow in Freeport is my go-to for takeout pizza once a month or so. The food is always fresh, hot, and tasty, and the service is friendly and professional!
