Great place, great food. As a celiac who has to eat gluten free, this is my favorite fried seafood place. I've never gotten sick! The food and service are great!

We stopped in on our way home from the airport for a bite to eat. My daughter had the lobster roll with butter. The roll was nicely toasted/grilled and had about 3-4 good sized claw pieces of lobster. She said it was delicious. Market price was $30. I had a cup of lobster bisque which was packed with meat, was creamy and buttery with just a little kick of spicy. It was very tasty. We ate upstairs and the waiter, Rick, was attentive. The dining room was pretty quiet but downstairs was pretty busy. Overall a good place for lunch!!

Employees act as if it’s normal that a cold lobster sandwich takes 30 min to be served when place is empty…for a $32 roll you’d expect a different experience. 100% overhyped.

Great food, packed lobster rolls with quality meat, service was prompt even a discount for locals!

The flaky, moist, haddock was fried perfectly and not greasy! Delicious! Batter was perfect, too. Honestly, I live in Maine and it was one of the top 2 haddock dishes I have eaten this year! Freeport is a busy place and parking is a challenge, but because this restaurant is adjunct a large lot, parking isn't too bad.

Fried seafood done well. Lovely outdoor seating, beautiful sunshine, pleasant staff, and quick service. We will return!
Lobster Cooker and Pub located in Freeport, Maine is a really good restaurant. We ordered our food to go and we ate it at our hotel room. We ordered two lobster rolls and it came with coleslaw. We loved the lobster roll but we both disliked the coleslaw. We thought it was overpriced for the quantity of food you receive but the quality is very good. We recommend this restaurant.

$30 for a lobster roll with no sides seemed steep. I know its a tourist town, and the lobster tasted really good, the pricing just seemed high.We were there mid-afternoon so can't speak to what its like when its busy.
Unbelievable, lobster fresh as hell , fish n chips were hot n fresh. The service was Topps. A must goto.

This place was good! The inside is interesting because the downstairs you can order and seat yourself, the upstairs is more of a traditional sit down environment. We each got a lobster roll. It was very good and while it was served with warm butter, the lobster wasn't hot, it was chilled. Overall this place was good.

True fast food tasting seafood. Fried clam roll was a huge disappointment. Whole belly clams were very small. Big prices for mediocre (at best) food.

Only reason I give this 4 star is it is very expensive. Food was wonderful. Got 2 lobster rolls, side of fries, 2 drinks and the bill was $80

We went here on our last night in Maine. The restaurant is in a great location, next to lots of shopping and an easy, walkable area. There is an outdoor eating area, but it was kind of cool outside, so we ate indoors. Downstairs is set up to order at the counter and then find a table. Upstairs is full service, so we ate up there. The service and food was great. We started with delicious fried pickles. I had the clam chowder which was very good. My husband had the haddock sandwich which he enjoyed. There was a good selection of beer too. This place is very casual, with take-out type of dishes and utensils. The prices were reasonable for the area.
