I have been there twice. Sat outside both times with good service. The food was decent. I went there wanting a gyro in fact I was excited to get one. Both times they were out of gyro meat. I must say I went both times at lunch so it wasn’t like they just ran out. What is a Mediterranean restaurant without gyro? A restaurant that I won’t go to again.
We had dinner here on a Saturday night. The restaurant was busy but not crowded. Staff was friendly and efficient and willing to explain anything you weren’t familiar with. Our starter was red lentil soup which was flavorful with just a suggestion of heat. Portion of cup size was generous and arrived hot but not steaming. This is a very good family restaurant in Freeport. Nice choices for lunch, good value, ambience and service. A very good alternative to the more pricey touristy locations on Main Street. Large outdoor deck for summer dinning.
