super rude staff. just get your order at local cafes instead of dealing with this attitude for no reason. nice building, but that is all that's going for this starbucks.

Coffee person/them messed up my drink - put a bunch of matcha in my caramel ribbon crunch. They might have been having a bad day seemed very irritable.

Yesterday I went to this Starbucks hoping for a good experience but left with the opposite. I'm on certain medications that makes it so I cannot have caffeine. When I do, I start shaking, throwing up, and soon have an anxiety attack. I asked for my drink decaf, and made it a point to tell them AGAIN after I finished saying my order. I told the baristas to please makwnit decaf. However, about 30 minutes after the start of my drink my arms and hands started to shake, and for the rest of the night, I was getting sick. And starbucks baristas have the audacity to ask me to tip them? Will never be coming back here.

Shoutout to Lisandra for being the BEST! Give that girl a raise! Whenever I stop in she is always super friendly and positive even when they are slammed. Other staff are hit or miss on being efficient and keeping the line moving. Today I got the iced gingerbread oat milk latte and it was delicious!

I was super hungry and needed something quick before dinner so I stopped in for a loaf. The staff members were just SO sweet and kind I felt like I needed to write a review because it was so amazing!! They even brought my food to where I was sitting and I just really appreciated it.

Monday morning standing outside at 0635. The hours state open Monday 6 am to 8 pm. 2 employees inside. When I knocked on the window, they looked at me like I had a third eye in my forehead. When I knocked again they ignored me.
