Best breakfast I have had in awhile. Stopped in for breakfast while travelling through Freeport. Hot coffee, great atmosphere, waitress was awesome, and they come by and warm up your coffee! Homemade raisin toast was amazing 👏 I'd say the best of the best 👌 Definitely will stop back in again for breakfast!

Very good for the price. They even have vegan breakfast sausages. I would definitely come back if I ever come back to Freeport. Waitresses were nice. The service was quick and efficient.

We waited for approximately 1/2 to be seated we were seated the waitress came over and verbally attacked us saying we called someone stupid while in line . We did no such thing we actually chatted witha retired ait force veteran and had a nice chat. We let it go waited for another 1/2 hr for food the table next to us left the attack waitress came to clean that table and called me a foul name. I was really taken off guard by that. So we called our waitress over and explained what happened and left all we got for an hr wait was a very unprofessional waitress attacking us with false claims and swearing at us. Never will we go back there. Vero pour service and very rude waitress

Try Rick's corned beef hash. It's homemade and tastes great!
I ate here almost every day I was in the area. I was sat as soon as I walked in every time. By day 3 they knew to bring me coffee and water. My coffee cup stayed full. They have PLANT BASED sausage! I tried most things on the menu but the California omelet was my favorite! If I am ever in the area again I will 100% eat here with no questions asked! Service was fast. Food was fast. & both were excellent!
Vegetarian options: The have a plant based sausage. They have many menu options that do not come with meat.

Came to the Desert of Maine and stopped into this cafe for some breakfast with my girlfriend. I ordered an Irish Benedict with Ricks hash and my girlfriend ordered her usual sausage omelette with cheese. The Irish Benedict was awesome! I’m glad I subbed for Rick’s hash. Real corn beef hash is always the best! My girlfriend loved her omelette. It was so good we went back the next day and had the same thing but they were unfortunately out of Risk hash. Definitely a great place to get some breakfast if you’re in the area. Will definitely be returning to this gem!
We came on a Sunday quite early and they were open 6 a.m. which is great for folks who are on the road. The food and service were excellent. The hash browns were surprisingly good. Usually those are an afterthought for diner places, but they were nice and freshly cooked. Highly recommend for folks looking for a nice breakfast to fuel their journey north or south.
