Best coffee and breakfast and I just had the crispy eggplant sandwich for lunch for the first time and it was unbelievably tasty! They are very nice here too, we love this spot!
A happy place with great food morning noon or dinner đ
Over priced, food was luke warm and room was cold from traffic. I'm a local and won't be going back.
We have eaten at the bake shop several times and have had wonderful meals every time . Love stopping in eating for breakfast or a late afternoon lunch or a light dinner ,service has been outstanding. The food is fresh and ddelicious. Let me set this up thereâs a huge huge selection of gluten-free options as well. . Recommend it highly to anyone looking for someplace for delicious breakfast lunch or dinner
We love stopping in for breakfast or brunch! The breakfast sandwiches never disappoint! The coffee selection is perfect, lattes are always a treat, but the espresso martinis really make a Sunday special! The staff is always super friendly, warm and kind. The delightful smells of the shop always entice us to add some baked goods to go for the afternoon as well. We have stopped in dozens of times and have yet to have something that wasnât excellent!
My sandwich was great and so was my coffee.
Today was our first visit to The Bakeshop, it will not be our last. We had The Garden Breakfast sandwich on a bagel, it was amazing. Fresh ingredients and perfectly prepared by Isaac. Great atmosphere and wonderful staff.
Enjoy the variety & yummy treats
The bakeshop is my favorite place to eat! They have amazing homemade pastryâs and desserts. They also have Such a welcoming environment and in the summer they have bands come play on there patio!!!
The Bakeshop is my absolute favoritest for sweet treats! I also absolutely love the salads. The environment is so pretty and it feels almost like youâre in Europe except youâre in Freeport and right next to L.L. Bean! The decor in art make me happy. The patio is amazing in the summertime and even during the Christmas prelude times! They have delicious hot cocoa around the holidays with all kinds of toppings. Everyone is really nice. Also, they have really good hours and are open often in storms and accommodating. A+++++

Best food and cutest shop in Freeport!!!
Love to go here every time Iâm in Freeport!
2 employees. One slowly waiting on each customer. Baked goods looked delicious. Didnât try anything because after patiently waiting for them the girl took a customer who had just walked in right then. Went to Isabellaâs! Great coffee and delicious baked goods
In response to the response. I was on my phone texting letting my friend who was waiting know how slow the girl was. Glad she at least noticed me by the chips being she never acknowledged me. I was standing there because thatâs the only way to see what you have on the menu and in the case Couldnât have been too busy in my phone. I saw the other employee get a bagel. I saw the gentleman before me ask for an espresso that you were not making now and watched her tell him you have regular coffee. I saw the lady and her kids come up to pay. As well as the lady who just walked in go to the register and be waited on
Bf ordered the turkey club sandwich with dijon aioli. I ordered the mozzarella sandwich with garlic aioli. It was super delicious! A bit on the pricey side (not unusual for Maine), but definitely worth it for the homemade focaccia. Definitely going back!
