Excellent service. Came to my job the next day with the parts and was done before I left work. Great service.

Unreliable, no communication, just not the place to go. Sketchy

What a great experience! I will never be taking my car anywhere else for brakes! He came over the very next day after I called, arrived early, walked me through what he was doing, and was incredibly nice! I highly recommend!!!!

Wanted cash upfront for a starter. I declined, so he dropped the job. He said originally said he would do it at noon. Why would he need cash upfront?

We contacted him with our concerns and he seemed him willing to help and said he would come at 2 the next day. That next morning texted him a detail of our location. At 2:07 we texted asking ETA. Then called twice leaving a voice mail asking about timing. Never saw him and on the day he was suppose to come he did not respond to the text or phone calls.

Went above and beyond to check in after an accident.

Had a brake shoe go bad, driving rain storm, in a town I didn'tknow, 6 hours from home, late on a Saturday afternoon. I calledhim up and he dropped everything else to bail us out. This washuge. Picked up the parts, and changed out the pads in a parkinglot. Got us home. If I lived in Freeport I'd call him again if need be. Could've left us in a bad spot and didn't. And did good work toboot. A+++++ Appreciate itService: Brakes

I was in a bind with my car not starting and Brandon prioritized helping me asap. He was thoughtful, cost conscious and not only fixed the problem but made sure to talk me through it the whole way. Would hire him again in a heartbeat. Thanks Brandon!!

Brakes grinding after the service. Trying to get in touch with them to remedy. Not answering my calls/texts. I'll need you to remedy this. I had to take my car to VIP Tires and Service and they said the brakes need to be redone. I'll update this post if The Brake Guy gets back to me.
