Not gonna lie ..... the older reviews made me a little nervous. But we took a chance and had an amazing time. Im not sure if it's purely adult oriented, but our 6 and 7 year olds had so much fun. There were quite a few other kids there all enjoying the show. The food was really good. Maybe because my expectations weren't that high, but the portions were good and everything we had was delicious. No complaints on the food. The only real thing I could complain about was the expense. It was a bit pricey, but I totally understand why.Overall, IMHO, I'd give the experience an A-, B+. Im no expert critic, but the fact that my daughter is still upstairs signing about the best day ever and my son is running around with a wand yelling expelliarmus, i have to say it was a welcome and enjoyable experience ?
It was cute. Staff was very pleasant. The show was interactive with the guest. Food was good. Drinks really aren't worth the price. Mocktail tasted like watered down coolaid and drinks were just a glass of wine. Other than the drinks...was a nice experience.
Fantastic and so much fun! Will come back again!!!
Atmosphere was on point and the food was delicious. The hula hoop show was by far the best.
I was expecting a better performance.the script was terrible. The drinks were cool though.
I don't have the words to describe how amazing and wonderful this place is. I love it and it's one of my top Favorites
I know things are different this year because of covid. With that said here's what happened. Our original date was canceled as it was supposed to be in April. They were very good about emailing people to let them know this. They said they would be in contact again when they were able to start rescheduling people, as they were NOT offering reimbursements. They were accommodating for our reschedule date, as we had a party of eight. In the email for the reschedule date they stated they would be in contact the week of our reservations to confirm we were still coming and go over the proper procedures of our arrival. However, I didn't get anything ekse from them. So I emailed them to confirm everything and ask about the tickets as the ones that I had still had our previous date on them. They did respond and gave me all the information and said that we didn't need to get new tickets we just needed to show up and check in with the hostess but that I needed to email them back to let them know if we were coming. And I immediately responded Yes. The day finally came for our reservations and we showed up when we got there and we tried checking in they tried telling us, with lots of attitude and eye rolls, that I never confirmed we were coming and they weren't positive if they were going to be able to get us in at this time slot now. I offered to show them my email response showing that a week before I had confirmed that we were still coming and they just gave me more attitude and said no fine we'll go upstairs and try to make arrangements to fit your group in. Not the greatest way to start off the experience. Shortly after they started letting everybody in and we did eventually get in ourselves and get seated upstairs where there was plenty of room and everything seemed fine. The dinner and the show were great. The only feed back about our food was the guests that got the chicken and waffles, their waffles were cold. But everyone else's food was good. Our waitress happened to be the same woman that was giving us issues at the door but during the dinner process itself she was fine. Until it came time to the bill. She had stated at the beginning of the meal that there was only going to be one bill but that she could take several forms of payments. So at the end of the meal our party tried to use two sets of payments. A group of 3 on one card and the group of 5 on the other. And she again started with the attitude and went so far as to say, oh so now I'm going to have to do the work here. I'm sorry to say but as a server that is part of your job. If you need to split up the payments, you do, you're meant to make the customers happy. We very easily could have had every person pay individually but we tried to be a little bit nicer and consolidated and split the cost later between the 2 payments. She then just stood there looking at us dumbfounded like she didn't know who ordered what and was still complaining about the fact that she had to split up the check slightly. So the first check of three people told her what needed to be charged to that card and then we informed her the rest was on the other. So yeah that was our experience, I would have just gotten our tickets refunded back in the beginning when everything got shut down but they weren't offering that and I didn't want to be out the money that I already spent on our tickets.
