placed an order and received a confirmation email. It said I would get another when my order shipped. I never did. UPS is refusing to deliver my package. They have told me I need to pick it up. I have paid$ 20 for shipping. I do not have time to pick up and if I knew I would need to I would have never placed the order. I cannot get anyone at UPS to return my calls. Wicked Whoopies is not interested in their customers. They are only in the business of making money. Loyal customers are not important to them. I have been a customer for the last 15 years and my patronage is not important and they will not communicate with me even if I am only 3 miles from their production facility. Shame on you Amy for ignoring your customers in your community!!
