Hailey made our wedding cake and it was absolutely amazing! All three flavors tasted incredible and the design was phenomenal. We talked to a few other bakeries when we were planning and Hailey was by far the quickest to get us a quote and answer all our questions, but what I liked most about XO bakery was that we could have any frosting flavors and still have an all white cake. Hailey was able to accommodate our GF guests with GF cupcakes.

Hailey and XO Bakery is absolutely wonderful! We booked Hailey for our wedding and she made the most delicious and beautiful whoopie pies we have ever had! Our guests raved about them and we weren't surprised to see there were none left at the end of the night! Hailey is the most professional, creative and communicative person and we absolutely loved working with her. We also ended up using her for my bridal shower cookies and people still talk about them! I wish I was writing a positive review here but I had a less than great experience with this bakery. I was initially in contact with Hailey, but after confirming she would be able to make my wedding cake she became increasingly harder to get in touch with. I sent emails, I left voicemails, and eventually gave up after not hearing back from her for over a month. There is clearly some talent in this bakery but my lasting impression is that they are unprofessional and inconsiderate of people's time.

We were lucky enough to have XO bakery make our wedding cake and desserts. Hailey was an absolute joy to work with from the beginning - always very friendly, helpful, and super accommodating. She listened to exactly what we wanted and worked with us to bring our dessert table to life. Her creations are absolutely stunning and equally delicious! She was able to match the rustic vibe of our wedding and the freshness of her ingredients really shined through. We received endless compliments during and after the wedding about how incredible our desserts were. We simply couldn't recommend Hailey and XO enough for any of your dessert needs!

Do yourself a favor and try the maple cake and maple buttercream ? Hailey also went above and beyond just delivery because she designed and set out the entire dessert table. I was of course busy getting ready when this was all happening, so when I finally saw the dessert table I was blown away! Everything was so perfect and I cannot recommend Hailey enough for your upcoming celebrations!

She it’s so precise and will always put in her absolute hardest work to satisfy your needs whether it be a baby shower, birthday, wedding or even holiday treats! Not only do they look absolutely gorgeous but the taste is just heavenly. It doesn’t matter what kind of event or celebration it is she will do whatever you ask and will design your baked goods to look 10x better than what you expected.
