Nothing like almost pissing yourself and having limited options so you try to use the bathroom at McDonald's in Fort Kent, yet they still have doors locked over an hour after opening. Drive thru backed up to the streets. And let's not forget the new people with no to little training bearly able to even work the register on their own. What an absolute consistent clown show that only gets worse each time I visit.

Pickup orders are never ready within 20 minutes, invisible at the cash apparently, food is sub par and there’s always something wrong with the order. I can get a faster lunch down at rocks or Al’s. Never thought a diner would out pace a “fast food place”, that slogan has gone out the window. Be prepared to wait long and be ignored at the cash

The night shift employees refused to serve me because of my Mexican heritage. Proceeded to call me a torta and demanded I leave the restaurant. Safe to say they will not be receiving my business again. 🙄🤯

One of the better McDonald’s we’ve been to. The staff were so friendly and patient with my children. The cashier walked around the counter and bent down to TALK with my 3 year old about her order. That rarely happens at a fast food place. The overall vibe and energy is so much more positive and welcoming at this restaurant. They also had a lower long table for children to sit comfortably which I’ve never seen before.

I have never been here not even 1 time where I didn't have to pull up and wait 15 mins to get my food. It's amazing ..it's like they can tell you aren't born and raised in Fort Kent and they serve all the locals first. It's not like I am ordering anything special or even have a big order. It's hilarious....I just laugh at it now

I ordered 4 apple pie's through the app. a girl came out and told us the pies would take 10 minutes. Said she'd give us pumpkin pies or refund our money. I told her we didn't mind waiting the 10 minutes for apple pies. Came out 5 minutes later with our order. I asked if the pies were done and she said yes. Got home to Eagle Lake and all 4 pies were pumpkin. called the store to complain and asked for pies to be refunded. Snotty kid said come in we'll give you Apple pies. Told them no it's it's too late now. Guy said oh well. "

Ordered sweat tea lemonade and when I recieved it it was super light and almost clear. Manager laclair said it was fine and that how it was made today. It was awful and did not taste sweat tea and tasted like lemonade. She argued it was made correctly. Did not offer to replace it. Very rude!!
