I ordered 4 apple pie's through the app. a girl came out and told us the pies would take 10 minutes. Said she'd give us pumpkin pies or refund our money. I told her we didn't mind waiting the 10 minutes for apple pies. Came out 5 minutes later with our order. I asked if the pies were done and she said yes. Got home to Eagle Lake and all 4 pies were pumpkin. called the store to complain and asked for pies to be refunded. Snotty kid said come in we'll give you Apple pies. Ordered sweat tea lemonade and when I recieved it it was super light and almost clear. Manager laclair said it was fine and that how it was made today. It was awful and did not taste sweat tea and tasted like lemonade. She argued it was made correctly. Did not offer to replace it. Very rude!!

They really ought to take some pride in their establishment. Every time I've been in here the place is a complete mess. Trash everywhere, food, flies. This is a direct reflection on management. How much money are you starting these employees out at and you can't keep your restaurant clean ? I've used the restroom twice in the restrooms are absolutely gross as well. They ought to just hire new managers.

I’m saddened to post this but also ashamed to let it go, so…empty restaurant, but filthy-trash on and under floors, dirty tables(almost all of them) and the chairs REALLY NEED To be wiped down and disinfected. While waiting for my order, I asked the girl for napkins and salt because they were empty, for that she was prompt. Although our order was simple, it took a very long time to get it and then we didn’t have our drinks. One came OK and the other was not as ordered, she blamed the other cashier and left the mistaken drink on the counter to go get the correct one. It was just a plain black, iced coffee, decaf. I was standing there waiting so long when another person asked me what I was waiting for and I told her we didn’t have our drinks.She turned her back and didn’t even address it with anyone, to see if they were working on it. Another 3 minutes later, I finally got it and asked if it was in fact decaf because it did not have the sticker on it nor was the button punched on the cap. She insisted it was. Mind you, the incorrect drink stayed on the counter the entire time we were there and was still there when we left. No one came out to clean anything, although we were the only ones in the restaurant, but instead, screams and laughter, including a lot of vulgar language as they had fun in the kitchen. Not to forget the one trash, behind the cash that overflowed to the point was crawling up the wall. Totally inappropriate .
Dietary restrictions: The only thing available to gluten-free are the drinks. Even the fries are cooked in the same oil as the nuggets.

I ordered 2 spicy mcchickens and a medium fry, first of all the fries were cold and the mcchickens were so old, if I would have thrown against the wall, they would have bounced back. I wanted to throw everything in the trash, but couldn't do that either because the trash was overflowing. What a disgrace!

Been there twice had to wate for my food.. the cash window on 2 1 24. Was very insulting.. but Spoke 5 languages. But couldn't under stand a cheese burger with bacon.. and tried to insult me.. lmao.. but who's working for mc Donald's ?. Won't be going back anytime soon..

Waited almost 10 minutes for a large frie togo new remodel, and only one cashier is the worst idea ever. I won't be going back to this store anytime soon.

Received my order, got home which I live in wallagrass! opened my meal guarter pounder meal. The cook apparently ran out of buns! Hamburger pattie was slapped in the bottom of the container with just the bottom bun on top of pattie. I could not believe it!! really pissed me off. Went back to bring it back another 6 miles to get there! I got there and showed a very nice girl what I got . She apologized and felt bad.
But on the other hand it was showed to the cook and they found it funny!!!!! Really!! They made me another hamburger! I was so upset I drove away!! But really this is so rude and no respect! Very disappointing when you pay enough money for a meal and this is what you get!!!!!!!
