I can always count on my order to be made incorrectly. If I wanted I wanted to drink milk and sugar with a splash of cold brew that’s what I’d order. Drive the extra five minutes and go to the Scarborough location.

Just went to get afternoon coffees. The place was staffed by two inexperienced young ladies with no supervision. One was trying to train the other but it was evident that neither of them knew what they were doing. They were overwhelmed. There was no one there to supervise. They were flying by the seat of their pants. This is not the first time I have observed no one in the know in charge. It is unfathomable how a company with over 100 locations can be so lax in management. They lost business because other customers got tired of waiting and left.

The staff is always great, but the handful of times I’ve been, it’s beyond slow. I think operations as a whole is poor, but like I said, staff is always hustling. Then again… this is how my breakfast sandwich came. Come on guys.

First I would say the service was excellent. But the rest of the experience was so poor I can’t rate higher than 1 star. The iced coffee was just awful. I’m not sure if it was expired, burned or the container for it was never cleaned but I couldn’t drink it. Then the bathroom was just disgusting. There was so much urine on the floor that had seemingly been there for a while because it was so sticky. The tables were sticky and dirty too.

I just wanted to take a minute to say how much we love this Aroma Joes! The night crew is fantastic, friendly and go out of their way to make us feel special! We go almost every night to the point that most all of them have our order memorized! I have just started going off and on in the mornings. This morning I had the sweetest girl take my order. Keep up the great friendly atmosphere and great service! This is definitely our Aromas of choice!

I love aromas but lately this location has let me down several times in the past yet I continue to give chances but today was just the icing to my cake. Whoever the girl was who was working the first window, tall, dark brown hair I think was rude to me when I was ordering and normally it’s always someone bubbly but not today. Just sucks because it’s close to me but now I’m not sure i wanna continue spending money here.
