Jess's cake made exclusively for my birthday which was also Mother's day, was a creation of delectable art. (when you view the photos, mine is the one with the sunflower on top) The colors were vibrant and true to form. The inside moist and light, excellent ingredients, delightful flavor choices. As beautiful as the cake looks, it is the flavor that truly excelled. I removed the flower for prosperity when serving the cake and it remains full of color today. A lasting memory since growing sunflowers is my favorite pastime.
