People are friendly and the food is usually decent as far as freshness goes, but tonight they parked every single car from the drive thru (4 of us) to keep the drive thru times down. Waited 9 minutes for someone to bring out my food… I understand the need to cheat the system to meet metrics, but if parking people is going to negatively impact the experience of every customer, does it really make sense? For the record, no one at the back made it through faster because we were all parked. The last person who couldn’t fit in the spaces off to the side just sat in the drive thru for 6 minutes. Once again, I’m not seeing the benefit other than the location meeting their drive thru times. No one asked if I needed sauce before parking me, so no sauce. Bummer. Fries were hot and salty. Appreciate that.

Not a good Burger King location. The staff is rude, they get orders wrong a lot, and the food doesn't really make up for any of that. If you have the money, go to any of the other restaurants in Gorham. You'll be saving yourself a lot of stress and wasted time.

Way to much salt on the fries! I didn't order salt with fries. It's always that way. I don't order fries there anymore.

My husband and I visited Burger King around dinner time and found it to be quite crowded. We weren't expecting any special treatment given the circumstances. However, the young lady who took our order, Jaylin, was so delightful, keeping a smile on her face the whole time we were inside. She really went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of, even with the crazy rush. It's not every day you see someone handle that kind of pressure with such an authentic positive attitude. I hope this sweet young lady gets the recognition she deserves. Keep up the good work!

Recently something changed, and they've been getting my orders right with nearly 100% accuracy. The employees are nice, and efficient. But it's still a burger king. You get burger king food.

Went through the drive-thru today, had a great experience with a younger girl working window, Jaylin. You can tell she's a dedicated worker, she was very polite and friendly. She made great conversation with me while waiting on my food. The food was very good and you could tell it was fresh. Overall had a great experience and I wish every fast food place had hard workers like her.

Very rude and unwelcoming to new DoorDash drivers. This Burger King location is confusing if you’ve never been there before. the main entrance isn’t clearly marked. I went through the drive-thru to ask for help, and the staff member rudely told me twice that I was supposed to go inside. When I explained I didn’t know how to get into the building, she responded in a very condescending tone while pointing out where the entrance was. Then told me to just go through the drive-thru. Not a great first experience at this location.

BK in gorham, maine has really stepped up their game. My past few visits have been worthwhile. Food has been hot, service here has been great at getting the order right and the employees have been friendly. The management staff seems to have gotten better also.

I was called an asshole by the guy at the drive through because I was trying to use my app and needed.help.. I didn't eat the food, I didn't trust it with this guy so mad.. who knows what he could have done to it.. I will never go to this BK again.. maine st gorham
