So I ordered carry out 10 minutes before I came to the store and when I came after I paid they’re telling me you gotta wait 35 minutes. It’s just a pizza. I don’t like the attitude of the girl that checking me out when I come back in after 20 minutes telling me you still have 15 minutes. OK I’m waiting. I didn’t talk to her. First and last time at this location. So finally, I got my two medium pizzas with one topping. after 50 minute wait.

This is really a mixed review! The food is usually good. I picked up six medium pizzas for my son's birthday party nothing wrong with that. I appreciate hard work and I understand that a lot of these workers don't get paid well so tips are appreciated.. well when I asked the woman where is the part where I put a tip in she replied oh I put no tip in because I get salary! Well I looked around at the other employees and I said what about them? I don't think it's fair that one employee who gets paid salary gets to deny the other employees a tip someone needs to talk to this employee!

Can’t rate the food we never got it. I went to dominos before heading to work ordered my kids food to have it delivered. Paid for the order and the drivers tip there. They called me 35-40 minutes later saying they don’t deliver to my address mind you it’s only 5-7 MINUTES from dominos. At this point I’m at work I had to leave work why the hell didn’t someone inform me when I was INSIDE ORDERING that they did not deliver 7 minutes away. Also the lady that answers the phone was so rude as if I was the inconvenience. I was beyond dissatisfied.

I stopped in to pick up an online order that my wife had placed. I love the monitor that shows the stage your order is currently in process. I asked an employee if i could add lava cakes to my order and the counter person said based on where my order was at it would be done two to five minutes after the original order would be completed. She then asked if that would be okay. I thanked her for giving me that information and ordered the desserts . It is very, very busy night. With a lot of orders coming in online and through the door with walk in orders. All the staff were amazing with how they were working as a team in their stations. I apologize for saying this as I did not ask her name a young girl to me red-haired woman was coordinating the team members. Even in the high pressure and fast pace she was calmly coordinating things with her staff and the delievery driver. She was making sure that all orders and requests by customers today were being met in a very timely manner. She was talking with her team to ensure the quality checks were being done on the food, and all the sauces and extras were included in each order. It was extremely, impressive to see such a high-functioning team coordinated by someone who obviously does their job at an extremely high level. She was overseeing all aspects of the business from her quality control position as order expeditor. She was engaged with the Delivery driver about orders, the counter person if they had questions, talkimg to each of her staff at each of their station when they needed a questioned answered or to ccodinate with them about orders. I received my initial order and then 3 minutes later, they coordinated my desserts to me and I was out the door. All the team members did a great job and the calm. cool, coordination from the young girl redheaded woman. Absolutely, made the difference. That is a high function team that producesa very good product and extremely efficiently. I thanked them when I was there and I'd like to thank them online. They did an amazing job on my order. And we're doing amazing work on everyone's order. There were 3 people that were waiting for their online order to be finished near me and all of them commented about the young red headed woman saying that anytime that they've been in there, she is always been on task and always been customer friendly. That's very high praise that people are willing to share with strangers, when they're waiting for their food to be completed. Very positive comments about what they have observed.

I order from this place all the time as I live at USM and the drivers are always so nice and helpful and they get the food to you in a timely manner, never have had anything bad to say. Thank you to all the staff that work hard to keep me going in those late night studys sessions.

The team is on time in completing the order. We always do a curbside pickup. The staff always come out smiling carrying our order even on a snow or a chilli day.
Ronald was an absolute sweetheart, he chit chatted with me and made my day, he genuinely cares about his job and is so kind. People like this make life easier
