Drive through took so long no cars moved so we moved in the store the coffee had barely any coffee in it and was so sweet and sugary i like sweet and that was way ti much the donuts came out fast but the other stuff was so slow but other then that the food was good

Placed order on app, 25 minutes later this single coffee wasn’t ready. I had no more time to wait, asked for refund as the coffee hadn’t been made yet. Was told had to get refund on app which was a run around and still haven’t gotten refund. 25 minutes for a coffee is embarrassingz

I love this dunkin but I’m kind of disappointed. Twice now in the last few months I have gone before closing time and the lobby has been locked and/or no one answers at the drive thru. Google and the dunkin sit sayit closes at 7. No sign in the door or at drive thru saying otherwise.

Only two people working there. Place was dead. I placed a mobile order. Was greeted at the microphone by an employee with a bad attitude and was clearly annoyed that I ordered food and not coffees.

I was in a vehicle too tall for the clearance bar. I knocked on the window to ask for a simple beverage and was rudely denied service. Nobody else was in line. What a joke that place is.

A fine example of a DD. The presence of the touchscreen to order is confusing as a sign says you are supposed to use it, but then you can also order from the under-motivated cashier, which creates line confusion and delay. It's not a bad spot, just slow by DD standards and ordering is too confusing for people who haven't had their coffee yet.

Turned away in the drive through at 6:15pm. I was told they're closed. However the app along with Google states the drive through is open until 7:00pm on Sundays. Walk in closes at 5pm. Looks like employees are causing this location to lose money for that last hour. It's uncalled for.

HD 40k

My preferred DDs! The staff is wicked nice and fast. This is the only DD in a large range so it can get busy! But staff is always nice and they love seeing my pup.

Stopped in at 6pm, one hour before close, and no assistance from any employee. Lights were on and drive thru was open but no one around! Disappointed I went out of my way to come here for the employees to just disappear early.
