“We had to give a shout out to the manager, Dylan who waited on us at Panera. We were on vacation in Maine and stopped at the Panera near the airport for food before our flight home to Florida. He was so friendly and told me I could choose a cookie, because I had a reward. Then he offered one to my husband which was so kind of him.
