After going to a friend’s sugar house, we headed to Sebago for lunch. Warm inside, after being outside in the cold temps with the wind. Comfortable table by the window. We settled in and ordered a Caesar salad with steak, a Thai salad with shrimp and I had a Resolution salad. Loved the straws are upcycled from Fish Straw!
The waitress didn’t offer my husband anchovies, too much of the lack-of-taste center of Romaine lettuce was included, and there wasn’t enough dressing. The steak was super salty, like the kitchen was overcompensating for an okay cut of meat. My daughter’s Thai salad was flavorful, lots of great veggies and shrimp was tasty. Not enough dressing. The Resolution salad I had was amazing. I didn’t add a protein, the goat cheese with cashews, sweets, baby kale, and cranberry dressing - perfect!
My biggest issue is when the server puts an entree (this time it was mine) in the center of the table and in doing so, reaches over another member of the party. There was plenty of room for her to walk around the table to put the plate in front of where I was sitting.
Our server, not the one who brought our meals, took too long to check on us. There was no salt and pepper on the table so I flagged down a different gal who brought me shakers. Yikes, where’s the fresh cracked pepper?

Spent a relaxing late morning and afternoon visiting Mike and Leigh at their home, when we visited a local Micro Brewery & Tasting Room at 616 Main Street, Gorham, Main.
Mike ordered the "3 Little Pigs Pizza made with House Tomato Sauce, Cheese Blend, Nitrate Free Pepperoni, Italian Sausage and Bacon.
Leigh's choice was the Sebago Margherita Pizza made with EVOO, Cheese Blend, Oven Roasted Tomatoes,, Fresh Basil and Fresh Mozzarella..
My choice was the Spicy Muthah Clukah Pizza made with Garlic Cream, Banana Peppers, Fried Chicken, Jalapenos, Cheese Blend and Hot Honey Drizzle...
Kit decided to try the "Soup of the Day" which was a Creamy Potato Cheese Burger Bowl of soup.
All of the pies were baked in a very large stainless steel domed wood burning pizza oven that provided us with well baked hot pizza with good char to the undercarriage of the crust and the perfect crispness and soft fluffy outer crust ring with good texture and taste.
The fresh ingredients, taste and presentation would compete well with any New Jersey or New York Pizza I have eaten...
To balance the whole experience were the cold and great tastes from the Pints that we had with our pizzas.
My 2 pints were Runabout Red and Slick Nick
Mike enjoyed Frye's Leap IPA x 2
and Leigh had 2 Pints of STREETS OF ROME..
Everything was very delicious and filling.
None of us could eat another bite but I did take back to the Hotel a piece of the Cranberry Walnut Bread Pudding to rewarm in the microwave...
The dessert was very delicious after rewarming for 30 seconds, but the portion was small, maybe 3" x 3" x 1.5" for $10.00
Most other Bread Pudding are 4 or 5 inches for the width with a thickness of 3 to 4 inches

Group of 18 of us had dinner and drinks here after an afternoon hike. The staff worked it out so we could all be seated. I had the 3 little pigs meat pizza, was pretty decent. Others at my table had the beet fries which they all said was good.

The jalapenos have no seeds. Ask waiter why. She said so there not so hot. I replied well that's why I ordered it for the spice and there is none. Besides the seeds hold the nutrition. Been know to help fight cancer. But hey what the hell let's do what corporations do and Rick the nutrition and taste from your food. Do the right thing and serve food they way it is intended. Not happy

My biggest complaint is the online site advertises being dog friendly and when we got there we were told they no longer allow pets. I turned around and brought my dog home, but other people might not be so lucky. Please change your online page.
The food was great! We had a bunch of apps and they all came out great. The service was a bit slow and took time to get us water at the table to start. I believe it got busy inside while we were their and that probably didn't help.

The cavatappi pesto dish was very heavy on the basil pesto - not very good. I ended up only eating a few bites. For $22, not worth it.
The wedge fries were very good and fresh.
We would return but I’d try something else on the menu.
Loud, slow service and expensive
