Bartlett Maine Estate Winery and Distillery

It was nice to do a tasting of local wine and spirits on Saturday. There is not a large selection but there is a good variation in intensity and sweetness. Just know that the area is small and there was no seating. You also have to walk up a gravel incline.

My wife and I went for a tasting this evening, it was absolutely amazing. To start the winery location is beautiful. Everything is well kept and tidy. The wine was fantastic, but I think the service was the star of the show. The owner was hilarious and kept us laughing the whole time there. The tasting was very fun and informative. We will definitely be buying more of their wine when we get home!

Interesting spot and worth the stop. Not many places do dry reserve blueberry wine - it’s no Napa Cabernet but still better than I expected. Narrow entry and low clearance so don’t bring an RV. Also not dog friendly unfortunately.

This place was right out of a fairytale. Fantasic location! We had a tasting that was absolutely divine! The rum we had to take home with us.

My husband and I had a wonderful time chatting with Kathy and tasting their delicious wines and spirits. A must go if you are in the area!

Great little discovery! We are from Napa California and love good wine! The wines were quite good. The 2010 reserve was a beautiful little wine. Prices were reasonable and the tasting fees very reasonable! We bought the Raspberry Cordial and a bottle of the reserve! Highly recommended!

We just opened a bottle of Bartlett Coastal Red that we picked up during a visit at the winery while vacationing in Maine 3 years ago. It was very tasteful. We enjoyed it so much that I looked up the winery to jar my memory bank. We remember a very pleasant visit with Kathy and we also met her husband. We would order a case of that wine to be sent to us in Texas if we could. If I had it to do over, we would have brought a case back with us.

Sure would have been nice if someone had bothered to make a notation of some kind that the place is closed most of September 2023!!! We traveled quite a few miles to try this place to find it closed up with absolutely no notice of any kind. How hard would it have been to update either the website or the Facebook page. ???. Will NOT be back!!!

This is a great place to relax and enjoy some wonderful wine, rum, brandy and liqueur. We highly recommend it.

Drove 40 minutes to find it was closed when we arrived during business hours! Very disappointing.
