On vacation out here in beautiful greenville and was craving some pizza. Did a quick google search and found this little gem to be the only pizza place for about 100 miles!. As a Rhode Island native, let me tell you, this pizza was one of the best I have ever had. The crust is incredibly delicious and unique. The CBR was absolutely incredible and not like any pie I have ever had. Going back to try the famous Dagwoods today before I head back to Rhode Island. We were also pleasantly surprised that inside is also like a little store and they also sell alcohol and sweet treats!

What can be said , the best , as always... Nobody makes a Pizza , like Jamo's
We visited the area anticipating having a pizza from this establishment as we had had their pizza a couple years ago and loved it. However, upon this visit, the whole vibe had changed; not sure if its changed hands, but you could no longer sit at a table that used to be there . They severely lacked friendly customer service and the staff seemed as though they just wanted to get done. We decided not being able to sit at the table which had been taken out , would be okay, as we figured we'd find a place outside and enjoy watching the sites go by. WRONG! There were no tables unspoken for , so we opted to sit on a hard metal bench .....that was awful trying to eat sloppy pizza without getying it all over you.
We ordered a large Hawaiian pizza (which was more than we actually needed; our mistake ), but had it been any good we wouldn't have had any issue cleaning it up !
We struggled just trying to pick up a piece and this was after letting it cool down for about 5-10 minutes . I even went back inside asking for forks and kept our thoughts to ourselves . We just COULDN'T PICK IT UP without all the toppings falling off including the cheese ( TOO MUCH CHEESE at that...) and had to fold it or roll it inorder to eat it. WHAT A SLOPPY MESS !!!
It was the BLANDEST TASTING pizza we'd ever had as well ! Who would've thought you could go wrong with ordering a pizza??! We couldn't even give it away cause it looked so bad !
Save your 20.00 bucks and get some ice cream !!

Pretty annoying experience. Jamos closes at eight, my wife and I stopped in to place an order at 7:20 and they said they wouldn’t make our pizza this close to closing time. 40 minutes is too close to closing time for a pizza shop. It’s not our first time ordering pizza. There was no one there! We would have spent $80+ on five pizzas too.
** After reading a self-righteous response from the owner I’ll say this review is not “bogus,” it was my experience and I stand behind it. It’s also good information for the public to know that they might not be getting pizza at the only pizza place in town, even if it’s well within normal business hours. I’ve worked in kitchens before, I know it’s hard work. Try not to take the criticism personally.
