Great experience! The folks that run the deli are so fun to talk to! Great atmosphere and food options! They do have GF options available and will work with any allergies.

My companion and I had chicken salad and a steak and cheese, and they were both excellent! Very clean, owners were very friendly. Will definitely come back again when I’m in town!

Cut place with lots of options including Maine foods such as coffee. Offering fresh meats that look amazing! Deli sandwiches and side. We had meatball sub and cheeseburger sub. Both were outstanding! We'll be back!

Extremely friendly, very clean, and I think I just had the best steak and cheese of my life. My companion loved her chicken salad! Live a ways away, but will definitely return when I’m in town again!

Hands down this little place was the highlight of our vacation! My husband and I along with our five grown children visited from NJ. We got sandwiches nearly every day for our adventures! You can tell the owners put a lot of love in their small business. It was clean and orderly. The bread was so fresh and the meats delicious! We would sometimes order ahead to not have to wait for all the sandwiches to be made. DO NOT leave Moosehead without trying the loaded burrito!!!

Not a great place for a sandwich, a roll or a wrap. Limited choice for bread. Very skimpy filling. Just one piece of bacon in the BLT. We asked for a wrap, they gave it to us on a roll, when we pointed that out they just said “ oh well” and didn’t change anything. The counter person was impatient and disinterested. I will not go back.

This place is clean, has great items and the staff is friendly! We got super fresh deli sandwiches, the bread was soft and the meat straight from the deli. They also wrapped the sandwiches well for travel! Great place to stop in and grab a sandwich, or grab your deli meats and other meat items!

Today was my first time at Moosehead Meat and Deli. I ordered a steak and cheese sub, and it was delicious!! The people working were very friendly and pleasant, and certainly were good cooks! Their broad selection of meat, cheeses, etc. was very enticing, and I will definitely be returning to give them more of my business. 10/10!

Picked up a breakfast burrito, bagel sandwich and coffees everything was delicious and a definite place to stop next time in the area. The owners are friendly to talk with.

Hands down the best breakfast sandwiches in Greenville or possibly within a 100 miles. I had a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant, the sausage tasted fresh (never frozen) 2 freshly fried eggs, and a soft flaky toasted croissant. The owners are super friendly and fun to chat with.

Great little place......stop every time we go to town!

I had heard good things about this place and was excited to try a new restaurant in Greenville. Unfortunately it just simply didn't live up to expectations in the slightest.and was a very poor experience overall. I wanted to order a chicken sandwich like a Buffalo chicken sub or chicken Parm because I can't eat red meat but was surprised to find no poultry options for the hot sandwiches whatsoever, even though they claim to be a deli that specializesin that sort of thing. I decided to order the loaded breakfast burrito and added sliced turkey to compromise. The burrito was extremely soggy and had only about 6 small pieces of chopped onion and bell pepper in it. As a result I would not call it loaded and outside of that was an unenjoyable, sloppy mess and expensive for what it was. I was only able to finish half of it before I decided to throw it out, cut my losses and make lunch at home. The people working there did seem very friendly and polite and it's a beautiful little store with alot of charm which is why I feel bad for the low review. At the same time, to wait well over 3o minutes for subpar food when it was hardly even busy inside was extremely disappointing. My friends seemed to like their steak and cheese subs so for red meat choices you may have better luck than I did. Again, I really want to like this place and would give it another shot if they added more options to the menu. Based on my only experience however, I cannot say I would reccomend it to anyone else. This place has alot of potential, I just feel they need to make some serious changes to fix some clear and obvious issues if they want to find any kind of success or even just stay open for a while. I hope they do because Greenville has a serious shortage of good food and again, the people working there couldn't be any nicer. That's why they earned two stars and not the one I was going to give.

My Favorite Spot for Lunch! Consistently delicious and very fairly priced. Amazing staff and a great selection, plus a family friendly atmosphere.
