We stayed at the Blair Hill Inn and had the most amazing dinner + wine service. Some of the best meals we've had in a really long time - perfectly seasoned, cooked, and delicious coursed meal.
Fantastic tasting menu (we got the vegetarian and regular, both were excellent) in the beautiful historic Blair Hill Inn.
The specialty cocktails were also very good.

We do our best to visit Slate at Blair Hill Inn every August, and have been doing so for many years. It has been consistently excellent, with thoughtfully prepared and creative dishes and superb service. The owner is typically present during the dinner hour and always pitching in with her crew of knowledgable servers. We are always more adventurous with our menu selections here and are never disappointed. The wine list is excellent as well, and the bar produces great cocktails....
