I was having a rough morning as I was about to take off for a 5 day road trip to be with my dad for his heart surgery. I was tired and worried and definitely needed some caffeine. I was greeted by a young man named Sirus. He was helpful, happy, and fast. The food he prepared was delicious and his attitude made my day so much better. Give that boy a raise! He deserves it!

So I actually originally had a complaint and Jen, the Store Manager handled my complaint so professionally and kindly that I couldn’t help but leave a 5 star review for this store. This was the ONLY time I’ve ever had an issue with this store and they handled it so well. Thank you guys!

If I could give a 0 I would. After finally getting drinks right a young man tossed my bacon avocado toast at me. Got to my car and figured I better check my toast. First glance I thought it was rodent poops. I went back in to hear a young lady say it was a "tad" overcooked. Tad overcooked I would still able to tell the bacon this charcoal debris was far from a tad. It was fully ash. I left without the toast or my money back. They want better pay but these workers aren't worth what they are getting now since they feel chunks of ash is tad overcooked. Wish I'd taken my tip back after this.....
This Dunkin' Donuts is the fastest I've been to. I traveled all over the state of Virginia. Service, there is half as good.

This Dunkin allows their workers to work their shifts with absolutely no professional appearance standards. I was served my order at the drive through by a man with black marker marks on his cheeks and arms. When I spoke to the manager, she informed me that dunkin does not have any professional appearance standards whatsoever. I assume she means all dunkin locations, and not just hers. Terrible experience, what a shameful downfall of a once excellent company.
