I always order the same thing, probably 3 times a week on my drive to work. A sweet black pepper bacon sandwich, with an extra egg. Not ONCE in the span of 4 months did they add the extra egg unless I stopped to open the bag, point it out and ask for them to give me another egg.

Tired mom stopping in to get coffee and a bagel since I hadn’t eaten that day I was excited for some cream cheese, the person taking my order was extremely short and rude, I was kind and used manners and was met with silence when being handed my food. I then started driving and grabbed a piece of my bagel 1/2 of it and noticed that half had barely any cream cheese and figured there was most of it on the other half as I didn’t look because I was driving. To my surprise I go to get the other half and there’s literally nothing on it, so I was given a bagel with about a little minute spread like they didn’t even care, one half pretty much didn’t have any on it the other half had the smallest amount. I’m not happy at all I was so nice and polite and was met with this kind of service, if my order was right I would of been fine with the customer service or lack there of that was provided to me, but to give me a bagel with no cream cheese and rude service is just not cool, I enjoyed this dunkin until this experience.

I was having a rough morning as I was about to take off for a 5 day road trip to be with my dad for his heart surgery. I was tired and worried and definitely needed some caffeine. I was greeted by a young man named Sirus. He was helpful, happy, and fast. The food he prepared was delicious and his attitude made my day so much better. Give that boy a raise! He deserves it!

So I actually originally had a complaint and Jen, the Store Manager handled my complaint so professionally and kindly that I couldn’t help but leave a 5 star review for this store. This was the ONLY time I’ve ever had an issue with this store and they handled it so well. Thank you guys!

If I could give a 0 I would. After finally getting drinks right a young man tossed my bacon avocado toast at me. Got to my car and figured I better check my toast. First glance I thought it was rodent poops. I went back in to hear a young lady say it was a "tad" overcooked. Tad overcooked I would still able to tell the bacon this charcoal debris was far from a tad. It was fully ash. I left without the toast or my money back. They want better pay but these workers aren't worth what they are getting now since they feel chunks of ash is tad overcooked. Wish I'd taken my tip back after this.....
