The owners are very down to earth and personable. The food is delicious, homecooked, and so good. The first time we came in,we had breakfast. Everything was fresh and the toast homemade. The second time we had dinner. I had the chili bowl and hubby had the reuben. It was delicious. We just moved here from New York state. Happy we found this unassuming gem.

Food is amazing, service friendly, allowed us to buy fresh bread and tomatoes for our road trip back to KY. Fabulous!! The 4 of us had tuna made fresh and burgers and homemade French fries!!

Sweet little country store, and the guy who runs it is as nice as they come. We stumbled on JC's at random, but we will go back again. They serve premium hood ice cream and have really fair prices. Not a bad place to catch a solar eclipse
