My husband and I got married at Schoodic Point and had our reception here. We reserved their small room and were able to fit 27 people comfortably. Laura crushed it and was extremely helpful through the planning process. The food was delicious and every single person mentioned how much they loved the food and how large the portions were. We had the Seafood Pasta, the Salmon, and the Filet Mignon. For dessert there was Maine blueberry Pie, Chocolate Cheesecake, and crème brûlée. Highly recommend if you are doing an event in the area or if you just want a delicious meal!!

My fiance booked a room for a 1 night stay, I wish we had booked more! Amazing experience, the staff was incredible, room was adorable & the food was 10/10. We had dinner and their breakfast. Both were some of the best meals we have had our entire vacation. Especially the breakfast, we really didn't know what to expect and were blow away (and full)!

The restaurant was one of our best finds, so much that we came here twice this week for dinner because the food was so exquisite. The dinner starts with the most wonderful homemade baked bread and butter and amazing housemade salad dressing for the salad. The oysters and the crab cakes were excellent. Every dish we enjoyed was incredible with healthy portions. The steaks were among the best we ever had and cooked and seasoned perfectly. The Ribeye was flavorful and Filet was very tender, both with perfect steak crusts. The chef has been cooking their steaks for 30 years, and we just did not expect to have such a gourmet meal all the way out here. The Seafood pasta was full of seafood and enough for a 2nd meal. We never made it to dessert as much as we wanted to try it. The service was very accomodating when we walked in without a reservation. Everyone was friendly from the manager to the hostess and our servers. The dining environment and restrooms were neat and clean. The prices were very reasonable for everything received. We have spent far more for far less around here, and dining here is a must should we ever return to the area.

A true paragon of fine dining and hospitality. Pioneered by stalwart chefs who strife for nothing less then perfection. The seafood pasta, the houses signature dish. Truly reflects sacrifice of the craft, a simple yet versatile dish forged into a cuisine of divine providence. You do not need to be in a major city to have a fine dining establishment. The fact you have to travel out of your way to experience this culinary sojourn, is a testament to the craft.

Had a casual business meeting here. Fantastic food and our server was there just enough. Pricing is on the high end but food was worth it!!
Restful, quiet, and peaceful. Location is great if you want to hit both sections of Acadia NP (MDI and/or Schoodic). The kitchen is phenomenal— which is good, because there’s no place of that quality around within 20 miles. Lovely grounds, and walking to the water takes maybe 6 minutes, tops. Will return there soon.

If you have a picky eater in your party, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. The menu was VERY limited. The menu link on the website is broken. There were only 10 entrees to choose from. Nothing I would eat, but I was there with family and didn't choose the place. Once I learned that the veggie or pork lumpia appetizer actually meant spring rolls, I ordered the appetizer as an entree. Because of that, I asked if I could get double potatoes, and they wouldn't accommodate my request because they said it was busy. Everyone at my table didn't even get the potatoes. I was told that my potatoes were the last one, which I didn't believe for a second. I didn't like the lumpia, so just had my one serving of potatoes for dinner. I got my soda in a tiny glass and then specifically asked for a pint glass when i needed a refill. I got the bigger glass that time but was given a small glass again the next time. I kept getting stuff other people ordered put in front of me, and several of the orders were messed up by the kitchen. I don't eat calamari, but others at my table said it was terrible. The bathroom was out of toilet paper, and the trash was overflowing. This is supposed to be an upscale place, considering the expense, and I would expect better from an establishment like that.

Took the wife here for our Anniversary last Thursday night. I came for the Halibut or some other type of local Seafood since were were in Maine. No fish on menu except for a seafood pasta lol! Wife ordered a filet mignon, I ordered the Black Pepper Beef. Wife's Fillet was average, my black pepper beef dish was like Chinese takeout, small bite sized tough beef and stir fry rice and veggies for $38??? Two appetizers two glasses of wine and no desert will run you $200 easy. not worth it.

Disappointed with the amenities. The restaurant was underwhelming. The food was lacking in creative spark and passion. Painfully slow service. Table clearing weak. The bathroom lacked adequate body wash and shampoo. This could be a wonderful place with better management. I never saw what appeared to be the leader owner. Lots of staff doing their best.
