We ordered lobster and corn special. We literally got a lobster and a soggy piece of corn with husk on it. No butter. Asked for butter and was brought a cold dish of little margarine cups. Also order fish chowder that was so watered down with hardly any fish or potatoes. Very dissatisfied. Paid full prices too.

I've been going to Ruth and Wimpys over a span of decades and had many fond memories of dining with my family there and having a great meal. Sadly, it's not what it use to be. Although my steamers were fine, the loaded baked potatoes were barely stuffed and were so tough you could barely cut them. Both of the kids burgers tasted like blueberries - which I'm still trying to figure out how that was possible. I waited for the waitress to come over to order new ones but she never came back until both kids were besides themselves as we had waited 30 minutes for the meal in the first place. I offered them pie as a peace offering only to find the crust was stale and it tasted more of cinnamon than blueberry. It's sad that this is the last memory I'll have of this place, I'll certainly never be back.

We had a really nice meal here. All of the food was fresh and hot and the deserts were a big hit! I ordered lobster/steamers/corn and it was delicious.
We were on vacation and was told this was the place to go for some seafood. We were incredibly disappointed, the food was bland, my steak was blue, and all the sides were clearly microwaved. Incredibly disappointing for the amount we paid. The lobster was also over cooked, we were down to splurge on good seafood, but this was not it.

The worst dining experience I can remember. We were seated around 6:30PM last night and ordered soon thereafter. Our drinks (including just water) didn’t arrive for 45 mins. When we got them, my wife’s beer was skunked. It was another 15 mins until we saw our waitress to order something else. Apps arrived after an hour and they were just OK, but it’s hard to mess up fried pickles. The rest of our food finally arrived at 8PM (almost 1.5 hrs after we ordered). My lobster was fine and so were my 5 year old son’s butter noodles. My wife’s lobster tail wasn’t cooked through, so she didn’t eat it. My 6 year old daughter asked why her chicken fingers looked funny (after eating some) and it was because they were almost completely raw. She spent the night in our bathroom sick. The table next to us was waiting almost as long, and the just got up and left. I paid the bill, which came to $170 and left a $25 tip, since it didn’t seem to be the waitresses fault. I couldn’t recommend avoiding this restaurant more.

Unfortunate there is not zero stars here. Raw chicken was served to my 6 yr old. Now going to stay up all night worried she has salmonella. Waited for drinks and apps for an hour. Finally got apps after an hour and a half. Lobster served completely raw. Table and chairs filthy, floor not swept. Complete disregard for hygiene. Disgusting.
