The food is always amazing, you don't talk to many employees so that's why it's a 3, and the atmosphere is amazing

They have lost sight of what amato's is. pre-made sandwiches are wet soggy DIGUSTING. Asked for fresh was told no had to buy what's on the overloaded sandwich tray. Disappointed threw out half the sandwich wet gross mess. God forbid you make them to order with fresh Ingredients. Time and date cut of the sandwich sticker couldn't tell when made I asked she said this morning well its 1pm! Demand fresh to order!!!

Bread old and stale. Didn't taste or look like Amato's bread. NO OIL AND VINEGAR. Dry as a bone. The oil and vinegar make the sandwich so without that on stale bread....well you get the picture.

Tried this location twice. First time ordered a ham Italian. Got back home no ham. 2nd time same sandwich, request no black olives, tomato, or oil. All three were there. Poor listening skills? Or incompetent. You choose…

The restaurant is open regular hours and 7 days a week now. Daily specials and even good service. The steak and cheese are amazing and the calzones are really good as well.
Vegetarian options: Offer veggie wraps as well as pizza and veggie italians.
Kid-friendliness: Seating inside for kids as well as a high chair for babies and toddlers. Have kid friendly options like chicken Tenders, fries and slices of pizza
