My order was all wrong. The person who took my order was rude. I felt like I did something wrong when I left, which was not what I expected. Caught me way off guard was upset the rest of the day.
If you come here and order espresso, you're getting scammed.Absolutely tired of this place. Only gave it a chance on a routine basis regardless of it failing every time due to me living half a mile away. Every time I try and give this place the benefit of the doubt it bites me in the butt.Today, my final straw? Having to repeat my simple coffee order 3 times. Large iced latte with butter pecan. First it was a coffee, then it was hot latte then missing butter pecan. Finally got it right, get to the window, and I get butter pecan flavored milk. No espresso no coffee just milk and pumps. I got tires of the benefit of the doubt saying maybe they skimp out and went to brewer location. Ordered same exact drink, wow. There's actually espresso in this one and you can tell. It's got some brown in it.That means routinely this location doesn't give their customers espresso.I'm absolutely never coming here again. Always submit my complaint to their online support and obviously nothing's getting fixed.

Great staff and fresh Doughnuts every day and the coffee is always (& I do mean always! ) the coffee is fresh, hot and is ready into my hand so quickly. Best Dunkin ever, I almost forgot to mention that this location is or was for that matter the only place I know of using the Best cream for their whoopy pie Doughnuts in the place of the buttercream which I think is an amazing idea and I only wish they still did this because the buttercream is absolutely way to sweet for my liking and the same goes with my family, they all prefer the best cream just because.... well it just tastes better lol. Other than that it's definitely a 5⭐️ location for their service and there amazing attitude and nots let forget this is a clean place to eat

Very hit or miss. Sometimes the morning crew is on top of things & quick other days you sit for upwards of 20 minutes in the drive through. This kind of inconsistency makes it difficult to choose this location on the way to work so I’ll have to pivot to a new routine elsewhere.

You only get what you ordered about half the time, whether you order a coffee, a latte, or a tea, the only guarantee is that you are getting something to drink... you just don't know what it is. They're super conveniently located and it pulls me in once every couple months with high hopes that whoever they got now will pay attention to an order but over 5 years nothing has changed. Im sure I'll get pulled in again out of convenience but my expectations will never be more than the thought of, "at the very least I'm buying a cup of liquid."

This is by far one of the worst Dunkin's to go to and luckily for me it's the only one near my house :) I've been going there for almost 6 years now and I don't think I have actually ever received a single bagel/sandwich that was actually toasted. I ask for toasted dark every single day and it's warmed up at best. They also don't know what a normal amount of cream cheese is, there's either none or half a gallon. I literally do not understand. I've called multiple times asking why nothing is ever actually toasted and they always have some BS excuse.

Disorganized, missing parts of order, bickering between the management and staff.. I completely understand that this is a busy location. However it’s a place of business and should be run as such. I used the app to place my order. Everyone looked unhappy and frankly clueless behind the counter. Food was shoved into bags and thrown on the mobile order counter. Not organized by order number just a pile of food and drinks with labels. Customers are left to find their own order items.

I put in a mobile order and told them my name at the window. I got my cold brew that tasted nothing like what I ordered or usually get. They handed me my food and come to find out it wasn't mine. Not to mention the wait time. So not only did I have to dump my coffee because it was improperly made but didn't get to have my breakfast because it was the wrong food. We shouldn't have to check our order at the window to make sure it is properly made. Also is suppose to be fast food, waited in line for over 20 minutes.

My home fries were mushed together like hash. Food is always sub par, and the employees are horrible. This location is a complete 180 from the Dunkin's location at the 46/Route 9 intersection. Those folks are so friendly, and great service. Don't waste your time going here. Just drive north to the other location for a better experience.
