Something has happened this year. We have been going here for years and the tried it again this spring. The quality has gone way downhill. Prices went way up and portion size shrunk so much. The worst part was the quality though. The batter on the first was terrible falling apart in oil and tasted bad. Kids grilled cheese wasn’t even grilled and came with 5 fries . It’s sad because we live so close and enjoyed his for so long but it’s so bad this past time I’m scared to try it again

Ordered a lobster BLT. It used to come on whole grain bread now comes on a cheap hamburger roll. Ordered the bacon well done couldn’t eat it. It was mostly fat. Their prices are outrageous and there’s better places around here. OK, so we talked to the manager and she’s comping us for lunch. She said they made the sandwich wrong. It was supposed to be on multigrain bread. She was very accommodating and we may try them again but this time it was not a good experience.

Way overpriced Red lobster roll sucked it was dry lobster shells all in it ended up throwing it out you can go down the road at Tracy's and get better food for 3rd of the price

Pros: Seafood is fresh and good. It also has a ramp and tables with chairs inside so handicap accessible. The restaurant is small inside as it shares space with store but plenty of outside seating. Very kind staff.
Con: Prices are high for portions. I'd rather see less fries and a bit more seafood.
Overall I'd give it a four out of five as fresh cooked seafood is hard to find in Bangor/ brewer area these days. Located on route 1 about ten min out of Brewer, give it a try. Oh and ask about the tarter as two options , one homemade that is heavy handed on the dill. I'd ask for the other processed tarter next time.
Food was outstanding and portions were generous. Every eatery should send their staff there to learn what real customer service is All about.

Called in take-out order for 2 bacon cheeseburgers, arrived to pick up order at take out window, told not ready, waited 30 more minutes, went to check, staff discovered order had been sitting in bar the whole time. Now stone cold, staff didn't offer to at least freshen up fries. Took order and left, got home, opened order, no bacon or cheese on bacon cheeseburgers, just basic hamburger, but slip clearly showed bacon cheeseburger ordered and paid for.
