Didn't eat here but just stopped for gas and used the washroom. The cashier in the store was extremely friendly and made my kids day. They were having a hard time as we'd been traveling for like 7 hours so far and she cheered them up!
While visiting family in Howland, we stopped in an early Friday evening at around 6:15 p.m. not realizing they close at 7:00. However they were very cordial and waitress who had a splint on her arm was very helpful. I end up with the homemade meatloaf wishes is very very tasty. Outside of one dish that the person was not very happy with the sauce everybody seem to have enjoyed themselves. And their pies are delicious. My partner had a Oreo cheesecake in the little one had a Snickers...
We met for a.lunch/dinner with family, a party of 4. The menu is.impressive but not unmanageable. Our service was outstanding. Food was delicious. Great homecooked American classics. Chicken, burger, steak and liver cooked perfectly and juicy. The pies are heavenly.
