Went to bishops store in Jackman , Maine today Saturday August 16, 2025 . Ordered food the young girl taking order wasn’t listening ; had to repeat order 5–6 times ( totally ridiculous ) . Then paid for the food order ; and the male cashier forget to give me my $8.00 in change due to not paying attention . Finally got our Italian sub with very BROWN wilted lettuce on sub . Showed the food preparer the brown lettuce . Also their bread is horrible . I give my experience...

I was in Jackman for 3 nights, this past weekend, & the pizza is SO GOOD here, I ordered it 2 out of those 3 nights! The night I arrived, there was leftover pizza, that was ordered earlier. It was a large pepperoni, sausage, onion & black olive…a perfect amount of toppings, I might add! A really nice looking store with a lot of hunting/fishing gear + a great selection of food. I would have liked to rock a new hunting beanie with there logo on it but found out that 25$ USD was a little bit steep of a price… felt like a souvenir trap more than encouraging a local business.
