I've never had a bad experience here but apparently others have. The coffee and food has always been ok to good when we have gone. We had bacon, eggs, pancakes, sausages, toast, and home fries this time. The dining area is small so it can get busy at peak times.
Perfectly average for a small town. Food is a little south of what you would make at home, but at least the price isn't terrible. Potatoes bland, eggs overcooked, toast was burnt on the edges but somehow undercooked in the middle, and the sausage taste like it sat in that freezer for a while. Service wasn't exactly fast and the attitude on that woman is enough for the entire town. Earned the third star for being open the morning after a big snow.
We popped in near closing time on a long drive from Rockland to Quebec City; we were warmly greeted & seated- the food (we opted for breakfast) was hearty & tasty. We left planning to stop there every time we drive by!
