We have lived in the area for almost 4 years and finally decided to try Backwoods Eatery for the first time.
The food is amazing! We got the BBQ chicken sandwich, the smoked sausage sandwich and the backwoods chicken sandwich. They were some of the best sandwiches we’ve had in a long time. Each came with a generous helping of perfectly cooked french fries. And the coleslaw…my goodness..it’s hard to find a good coleslaw… but this one…**chefs kiss**
Definitely will be back to try more items in the menu and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to get a lot of good food for a really good price!

This was my first experience at this establishment. I ordered only the pulled pork sandwich. The amount was good but my issue is with the bbq sauce. All you could taste was the over use of chili powder. The huge amount of sauce dumped on the sandwich made it into a dripping mess too and extremely difficult to eat as it was not conducive to eating with your hands. As a bbq-er myself, it wasn’t the bbq I was expecting. Perhaps it just wasn’t my taste!

We order thru DoorDash a lot. The food is always hot and delicious! I quite often get the chicken quesadilla it's delicious! I also enjoy the baked beans and the Mac and cheese!
Stopped today for the first time since they opened my husband and I shared their wings (12) plain bbq pork sandwich and fries… the wings were amazing and I’m a snob when it comes to wings they were NOT slimy and fatty cooked to perfect and very flavorful without any sauce.. the sandwich was wicked good too but it was a fork and knife kind of sandwich… crinkle cut fries which I’m not a fan of but they were super fresh and not over done so A+++ all around… will be back !! Very filling! And very reasonably priced!!

The food is always so great but the customer service is exceptional. These guys always give the best service, and tonight really made me appreciate this business. After a long, hard work day, Backwoods was close to closing time and still was willing to make dinner for my family. I know it probably kept them there late, I couldn’t be more appreciative for the hard work and exceptional service.

100 percent amazing...the brisket melts in your mouth and the beans are yummy with pulled pork in them 🤤
