Waited in line for 20 mins for a hot coffee while being ignored by staff to take order. Seems way under staffed and the amount of mobile ordering is taking away from live in-person customers!! If you cant walk in or use drive through then your service should come AFTER people waiting online. I would definitely NOT recommend this place until service is to customers is changed

My husband (this is his Google account, hence the name) went to McDonald’s earlier to grab our breakfast I ordered thru the app. When he got home we realized we never got the apple juice we paid for and also don’t get the correct ice coffee. I ordered a large FRENCH vanilla coffee and got a regular one. I don’t have the time to go there today to correct this situation. It’d be appreciated to get a free lg coffee and apple juice next time we come in since we technically did pay for them and didn’t receive.

This place is a joke. The staff and managers are incredibly not good. It's called a drive-thru. You drive in get your meal and drive out. I asked why so late. He says it takes 7 minutes to cook the strips. I said I been waiting 15 minutes and then no hamburger. Guy acts like hamburger 🍔. Yeah o didn't get it.. Get your crap together

waited over a half hour for them to tell me they gave my order to someone else in error. they took my receipt when I first got to the second window so I didn't have it when they came out to ask me for it. I told them that I had already given it to the girl at the window and she said she didn't have it. so I had to bring up the order on my phone and bring it in for them to re-ring everything in so they can make my order. to which they didn't ring it in properly and my burgers were wrong. every time we come here we're told to park even if we just order chicken fingers it's insane!

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to no matter when we order we are always told to pull over they're constantly getting orders wrong they're completely understand whoever runs that McDonald's should be fired this is the worst McDonald's in the state of Maine

You would think fast food would be hot but time after time the fries are cold and looks like they dropped the burger from a 12 ' step ladder burger half way out the bun condiments busting out the sides not to mention the price I will from now on go to a inn in restaurant for the prices I'm paying for someone that doesn't care what they are serving
